The facilities are little bit old but the service is overall good. We have booked the barbecue set, there is a great experience for us to barbecue near swimming pool in villa. The venue is a bit far from popular place. However, we have rented for car and the inconvenience could be solved.

The hotel is located very close to bang tao beach so if you are looking for a chilled out beach holiday this place will work. If your interested in the club and party scene it is some distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The staff were good on the whole. However, it was not mentioned upon booking that a 3000 Baht deposit is required. This deposit needs to be in cash as paying by card I was told would take up to a month to return to my account. This wasn’t the end of the world but worth knowing. The villa is stunning. Spacious, modern and well equipped with a beautiful garden. I can’t recommend enough based on the villa itself. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday to recharge, definitely worth a visit!

The hotel service is very good, but it is a bit inconvenient to go up and down the stairs, and the water temperature is not high when taking a shower with many people, and the shower head is inconvenient, but it is suitable for self-driving tours.

Environment: 8 consecutive nights of bookings were denied entry, and no refunds were given. What a rubbish platform! I booked a hotel for one person, but the airport ID for one person wasn't enough; I had to show proof for six! There were only two of us traveling, and they told me the hotel could accommodate six people. It was really six. The platform even overpriced the actual hotel price by 30%, with no guarantee. After a week of communication, the refund went from 960 to only 3,000. It's disgusting! We contacted the hotel ourselves, and they said they could refund it. What a ****! The platform is full of unfair terms. The total cost of flights and hotels was 14,000 yuan! Just a heads-up! I'm planning to cancel my account anyway. I'm so disappointed.

The location is relatively close to bangtao beach. If you want to walk to the beach, forget it. You have to take a taxi everywhere. The surrounding area feels like a village. It is being renovated and there are occasionally European and American people. It seems that this villa hotel can also be rented for a long time. The front desk is fairly well trained. The room is very large and it is more comfortable to stay with more people. The pool is great. It’s okay to experience it. If you are on vacation, it would be better to choose a large hotel. There are fewer people in the off-season.
