This almost 100 year old well preserves hotel takes you back in time! I love all the furnishing and aesthetic details. The location is excellent and close to many hot spots in Old Phuket Town. Highly recommended! 🫶🏽

This time we came back on a Sunday, the hotel is on the road where the Sunday market is so it was perfect to walk around and come back when needed but still quiet and not affected by the people traffic. Great staff and service and very nice rooms. If you find it get the junior suite, it’s worth it as you get a much bigger bathroom. Love this hotel!

Lovely hotel. I loved the charm of the old, decoration is nice and staff is friendly. Our room had a little balcony but that give to a wall. No view.. I suggest guest to request real windows. But at least it’s quiet and beautiful .

On On Hotel is the oldest hotel in Phuket town. It was made famous by the filming of the movie The Beach where Leonardo Decaprio’s character made his lodging in one of the rooms, the one we happened to have booked, during his stay in Phuket Old Town. The hotel was just an cheap old dilapidated building fit for backpackers but it was where the characters in the movie met and set off on their adventure to the island where nobody has gone… The hotel has since been redecorated with modern fittings but still maintain its rustic old feel. There are lots of cozy spaces for guests to explore and be lost in their thought in the hotel, but if you’re the type not geared for adventure and would suffer much from a lack of elevators and sound proofed bedrooms, you may want to stay outside Old Town and just drop by for a visit. The location of The Memory is smack in the centre of Phuket Old Town but while its very convenient for exploring the area, is also subject to road closures when there’s a street festival going on so do check before booking. All in all this is a beautiful hotel filled with history and memories of an old town worth visiting and spending some time considering what “paradise” really means. Overall the stay is good, location is good too, one down side is due to the thaipass I have to book hotel transfer from the hotel but in the end they did not pick us up. Waited for 30min and we decided to take cab over. But they did refund me my transfer.

Location is superb, very easily accessible too most restaurants, cafes and must sees at Phuket Old Town. Iconic heritage building that brings you a good asian feel.
