Lived for 2 days in September 2024. On the second floor. Simple room decor. Nothing extra, but everything is there. High-quality internet. Hot water in the shower and good pressure. The only thing missing was a normal chair in the room. And there was no table on the balcony. But that's a small thing. Friendly staff. For the money, it's quite good.

If you stay at this hotel because it is cheap, you will pay more for a motorcycle taxi to go to important points, and when you go to the second floor and go out to the balcony, you feel like you are right in front of the chicken farm because of the tin buildings and roofs.

Hello, the hotel is modest, breakfast is the same - eggs or cereal, the ocean is about 900 m, Bangla Road is about 500,600 m. The area is noisy, they clean the room every day, a lizard lived on the neighboring balcony, special thanks to the very friendly staff.

I would like to point out that I booked this property with Booking two months before leaving for Thailand. Although I have never stayed personally, I knew the structure because it was managed very well, until about a year ago, by a very kind and reliable Italian boy. Believing that the same conditions existed, I booked a room despite having read some recent less than comforting reviews. Well, one day before arriving at the property, I receive an email from Booking strangely warning me to update my payment card. I immediately update the card and Booking confirms that everything is ok and that the card is in order. I send a message to the property asking if everything was ok but they don't reply, in fact they cancel my booking with the excuse that I hadn't entered my CV. They didn't want to listen to reason even though I told them that I had received the message from *********** assuring me that my card was in order and they put me in serious trouble because Patong was full everywhere. In fact, immediately afterwards my room was made available by the good nice hotel at a tripled price. Shameful attitude. Absence of seriousness and total reliability, pay attention to the management of this hotel if you were to book.

Pros: The location is good relative to the market, close to Bangla Road. Patong beach 15 minutes. But you can find something better and closer. Yes, all the workers are smiling, they are Thais. But there is no service here. They gave us the key to the Safe only on the third day, and then because of persistence, we ran around to them every day. There is no information posted about the transfer on the day of departure; you have to call your guide yourself. Breakfast food - no. It's toast, Tana coffee and scramble. It's better not to take food. Around the corner from 7/11, everything tastes better and is more profitable. Number. Darkness. Everything is shaky. The room is still okay, normal, but the bathroom is covered in black mold, the plumbing is all stained, it’s unpleasant to wash. Everything is the cheapest. But there was always water. No clothes dryer! That's just how it is. The neighboring hotel has it on the balconies, but here we had to dry everything on the back of the only piece of furniture on the balcony chair. There are no shelves in the closet, which is also strange. The TV did not work at all, although this is an absolutely unnecessary option, in my opinion. The view from the hotel is beautiful, towards the mountains. But if you look below you will see a chicken coop. The roosters have been crowing since 5 am. Cleaning. Eh, a separate topic. They clean up so interestingly that after them everything is covered in their own long black hair. The bed was supposedly changed every day, but in fact they just turned everything over and made it, because I saw the same stain for 5 days in a row. Towels are torn, tattered, stained. Well, okay, we came to study Tai, and not to sit in the room, all this did not particularly upset me. But the last event sharply spoiled the whole impression. On the day of arrival they take a deposit of 1000 baht. OK. Although I have never seen such nonsense anywhere else. So. The day of departure, morning, we are running around packing our suitcases and notice that a secret cleaning lady is sitting under our door. Well, he sits and sits. We leave the room. At the reception at that moment, as I realized, there was the owner of the hotel itself, a pumped-up European. He returns the deposit to us, but a minute later he calls us over and shakes the blanket in front of us. They brought him straight to the reception. He says you ruined the blanket, return 800 baht. Yes, indeed, I spilled some strawberry wine on the blanket and immediately washed this place. A pinkish stain remains. We all understand that they do laundry on an industrial scale and it all washes well. And now I realized that that secret woman was watching when we left, so that she could run to look for shoals. So this huge man, not ashamed of other visitors, shakes a blanket in front of this not the first freshness and, one might say, pokes us with his nose like puppies))) Naturally, we gave him the money. But everything is clear to everyone, this is just a way of extorting out of the blue, the linen there is so tired, with holes and stains, that the price of even the whole set is clearly not 800 baht (1600 rubles), not to mention the blanket that has bunched up in lumps. Of course, I do not recommend the hotel to anyone; for the money you can find a much better place. The impressions are extremely unpleasant. I hope my review will warn someone.
