Room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a serene environment then this hotel is a good choice. The shuttle bus to Robinson and Phuket Old Town was very convenient. The staff is also very polite and friendly. Overall I had a pleasant stay minus the geckos 😅 I would recommend ❤️

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The atmosphere was very peaceful, with beautiful views all around. There were plenty of activities to enjoy, like kayaking, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the city, which was very convenient. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

Good view from the balconies, facility a bit old, friendly staff, be aware about the mosquito as property close to the forest. one thing that not good for me is about the construction noise from the ground floor

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and left a great impression on me. Although it’s a bit far from the city, it's completely understandable—beautiful nature is often found in more remote areas. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was excellent. I also got a really good deal on the price. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the daily hustle, this resort is the perfect choice. It offers excellent food, top-notch services, and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it a delight to wake up to the soothing sounds of birds. I had a wonderful stay with my parents, wife, and five-month-old daughter. Watching the sunrise while listening to birds chirping was a truly serene experience—one we’d love to relive again and again. However, the location is quite remote, so you’ll have to rely on the resort’s taxi service. Unfortunately, the person managing it was unreliable. He initially showed us an SUV but sent a sedan instead for our trip to town. Then, during checkout, despite being asked to arrange a minivan, he sent an SUV. To avoid any hassle, it’s best to book your transportation directly through the reception staff rather than dealing with this pathetic guy.

I could not have asked for better accommodation. My room and view were exquisite. The staff are more than helpful and the free shuttle bus is brilliant. May on reception was amazing. Food is really good and the free breakfast you are spoiled for choice. I did a sunrise hike, which is free, with Tiki. It was hard going, but worth every step. Tiki was amazing and looked after my unfit self every step. I would highly recommend this hotel, I felt relaxed and recovered and did not was to leave. 11/10.

The location is great, food is nice, the view is great 👍🏻 oldish rooms, spa wasn’t open, but everything else is fine) stuffs are nice and friendly, but wasn’t quite at all, noisy, probably cuz the season is high

We had an enjoyable time at Supalai Resort. We enjoyed the pools, kayaking and tanning on the beach. We made use of the shuttle service taking people to Old Town Phuket.

I would definitely recommend to stay in Supalai. It's fantastic place with quiet view and all facilities are amazing. They have bus drop and pick service to and from old Phuket town. Also Grab cab are available anytime. One will not regret your stay, I would definitely recommend it. Thank you. Peace Bhutan🇧🇹

A Perfect Stay with Breathtaking Views! Words can't do justice to this place! It was the final stop of our Thailand trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better ending. The sea-facing rooms offer breathtaking views—especially during sunset, which gave us some unforgettable memories. The restaurant was another highlight; we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with stunning views. But the best part? The pool! Absolutely amazing. That said, the location is a bit inconvenient. The nearest 7/11 is 3 km away, and they charge 300 Baht for a round trip. There’s only one restaurant nearby, but the downhill walk to it isn’t worth it. Plus, the on-site restaurant is pricey, and no food delivery options are available. Tip: Book the free city shuttle and kayaking in advance, as they tend to get overbooked (we missed out!). Despite these minor issues, it was an incredible experience, and we’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

WOW for that view! My room was absolutely the best! Opening up on that balcony, seeing the sunrise and later the sunset, I was just blown away! Even though the toilet and bathtub are a bit low for someone of my height, I thoroughly enjoyed the room! And that bed! Like, OMG! Can I hear "like a cloud"? It was sooooo nice! The breakfasts were perfect to pump you up for the day too, and the young servers weren't too bad either. The senior staff were amazing! But please keep the little shop open till at least 10pm, and not 7pm.
