"We booked the room with the breakfast but it wasn't recorded properly.
We had a bit of inconvenience trying to show the booking details again to get the breakfast but the front office personnel was able to resolve it well.
I hope there will be a better way of coordinating with Trip.com and the hotel itself."

"Perfect place to relax with your family or friends. There are several coffee shops nearby and within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in Clark. This place, formerly known by another name, still provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is superb. The Wi-Fi is fast, allowing you to work efficiently. The rooms are a bit old but well-maintained. If you're feeling sporty, try getting up early for a brisk walk in the morning."

"Our stay at Royce Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was warm, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained—perfect for families traveling with kids. We especially appreciated the amenities like the cozy beds, hot shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location is also ideal—just a short walk to Clark attractions and dining options. We felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Definitely recommending this hotel to family and friends, and we’ll be back again soon!"

"The location of the hotel is good but the food here is bad, even the breakfast had poor selection and the only warm meal ordered -tocino, was even burnt and had to request twice, but still ended up burnt :( The pillows in the hotel are the worst, it was stuffed to full that I ended up with a stiff neck for the 2night stay, and the other members of the family that didn't end up with the stiff neck opted not to use the pillows in the hotel."

"Couldn't believe the standard of this hotel in Clark. A modern, spacious and well maintained Marriott that you would expect from any other location in the world. The room had an expansive view of the golf course. The design and comfort was definitely at Marriott standards. The breakfast had a large variety though the restaurant was quite dim. The Chinese restaurant was solid and I was surprised by the noodles I had there. It was a plus that this was connected to the casino as it meant there were more late-night dining options to choose from. Overall very good value for money and highly recommended. "

"We just had a over night there after our flight to Clark, then check out the next day back to the airport. The location is good. But the rooms and breakfast are not, the value of money can not be seen in the room and food they served"
