The room was well-equipped, with sufficient bath towels and toilet paper. The water pressure was strong and the drainage worked well. However, there was a slightly damp smell in the room. It would be nice if a dehumidifier or air purifier could be provided for guests. There are bars nearby that operate until late at night, but the double windows block most of the noise. For guests who are not too sensitive to sound, it should still be acceptable. The location of the hotel is perfect — only a 5-minute walk to the Powder Tower and Astronomical Clock, about 10 minutes to Charles Bridge, and around 5–10 minutes to the nearest tram and bus stops. Walking through the lively city is enjoyable, so the distance doesn’t feel long at all. Upon check-in, Mr. John kindly assisted us by carrying our luggage to the room — we truly appreciate his help.

Was a lovely hotel. Lots of character and charm. You are also in the centre of everything. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a two-minute walk from the clock tower in the old town. The reception staff were helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. Our room was warm and clean. Our room was small but functional. If I were to return, I would stay there again for its location and cleanliness.

Next to Prague's Old Town Square, the hotel is in a great location. Living here feels like time travel, old but comfortable. The catering is convenient and the service is nice. It’s a good choice.
