"This is Hilton's hotel in downtown Providence, close to Providence and the West Bank. The Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University campuses are on the east bank of the river, which is very convenient. There is a park on the west side of the hotel, and the City Hall is at the other end of the park. Macy's is one intersection away. There is a Starbucks not far downstairs, and the state legislature is also located there. It is very convenient. The surrounding area is mature. The hotel has a high-end space design, with a small kitchen, a large space, a lobby on the second floor, and breakfast on the second floor, which is very comfortable. The service process is simple and fast."
"I stayed in this hotel with my children for 2 weeks. The room was large and new, without any decoration smell. The kitchen facilities were complete, the sound insulation was good, the breakfast was affordable, the hotel was cleaned every other day, the gym and laundry room were complete, and it was a pet-friendly hotel. I saw many tourists with dogs. The shopping mall and the station next to it were not far away and could be reached on foot. I will book here again next time."
"The room faces south. The hotel is in a good location with good sunshine. I stayed for a long time this time and they agreed to waive all parking fees (not cheap). I had to leave the hotel two days in advance because of something. According to the rules, there is no refund. Ctrip customer service helped me communicate and agreed. Room cleaning service is not provided every day unless you ask the front desk. There is no kettle, which is inconvenient for Asians or Chinese. I try to adapt to the local customs, and the store should also be thoughtful and meticulous. Western hotel facilities and services cannot be compared with those in China, but Marriott's brand is still okay."

"A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental."
"The location is great, close to Macy's, the State Capitol, Rhode Island School of Design, Brown University, and not far from the train station. I could just walk there to attend my child's graduation ceremony."
"We stayed here for one night to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony at RISD. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean as its a new facility in the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend people to stay."
"Very good B&B, the number of rooms is not much, very clean, a little far from the station, next to the expressway is a bit noisy at night, others are good, it is recommended!"
"Very beautiful and spacious room, clean and tidy, and very convenient to stay! The landlord responded super fast. One suggestion is that you can clearly mark the location of the door and the room on the first floor. When I lived, someone from other rooms knocked on the door. I thought it was a thief. I couldn't find the room. Within five minutes walk from Brown University, there is a good coffee shop called coffee exchange within ten minutes walk. Overall very recommended!"

Very Good
2202929****The room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.
MMin0622Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.
PpplantThe hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Brown University, Rhode Island School of Design and Museum, Providence City Center, train station and more. We booked a view room that is really a veritable ”room with a view”. Every day, we can watch the morning light, the sunset, the birds fly, and the cargo ship enters and exits the port... The hotel faces India Point Park and you can take a fitness walk. The items provided in the room are very useful, the American breakfast is solid, there are restaurants and bars in the hotel, but we may not be open because there are not many guests during our stay, the restaurant is open or not.
GGuest UserThis “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
龙龙No breakfast at the hotel, the hotel is in a good location, convenient, with parking, the room is good, it is the best hotel I have stayed in at this price in the United States.
AAnonymous UserA bed is equipped with four high and low soft and hard pillows, and the shampoo and shampoo are quite easy to use. The towels of different sizes are white, and the buffet breakfast on weekends is also good😊 and the taste of coffee is also good
