The suite was surprisingly huge, complete with a kitchen and a fridge. Special thanks to Manager Qu Tonghui for the thoughtful service. Unfortunately, booking through Ctrip meant I didn't earn any Marriott points.

The hotel is beautiful, and the service was excellent. Manager Qu Tonghui was incredibly attentive; they even upgraded our room and sent a complimentary fruit platter. The bathtub was very spacious, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience! We'd love to stay here again.

The room was very clean, and it had a bathtub. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and always accommodating. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent! It was very quiet at night. There's also a night market nearby. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Qingdao.

The room was very spacious, modern, and felt brand new. Manager Leah even provided a complimentary room upgrade. We had a fantastic stay!

Conveniently located, the hotel offers spacious, bright rooms with soft, comfortable bedding. Cleanliness is top-notch, with attention to every detail. Minnie at the front desk provided outstandingly attentive service. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. With excellent transportation links nearby, it offers fantastic value for money.

Nice location for the busssiness trip

Jenny at the front desk was fantastic. Our initial room had issues with the air conditioning, but she promptly helped us resolve it. The next morning, she greeted us warmly and was incredibly friendly, making us feel completely at home, just like a friend. 👍 The room was clean, the facilities were good, and the breakfast spread was generous. 👍 We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Qingdao!

Rating the Facilities a 1/5 because THERE IS NO LAUNDRY ROOM AS ADVERTISED. Every other aspect of this hotel is great. The location is maybe a little far away from everything, and inconvenient unless you want to be a close car ride away from Qingdao's airport, but it really is a great hotel. Extremely welcoming and attentive staff - one concierge saw that I was struggling with Mandarin and offered to help me check in my reservation in English, even, but when I asked about using their laundry room I was informed, very politely, that this hotel does not have a laundry room on site for guest's use. I want to reiterate, the staff was very polite and attentive, and they offered to help me have my laundry washed by their laundry service, which they do provide for the usual fee charged by hotels, but I booked this hotel specifically because their Trip.com listing led me to believe their hotel had a laundry room for their guests. This is not the fault of the staff working at the hotel, this is a managerial issue. The cleanliness and comfort of the actual room itself was excellent, nothing to complain about there. Highly recommend this hotel, just don't make the same mistake I did and book a room expecting to be able to wash your own laundry.

One of the best hotels in Chengyang to stay worry-free for business or holidays. Huge breakfast variety and clean rooms that could use a renovation, but are still nice and comfortable

Rooms are very dated , no USB charging ports , old furniture. One of the worst Breakfast I ever had in China. Weird bathroom design
