"It’s about a 5-minute walk from Lyon Train Station, and you can take a bus directly into Lyon city to explore. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to leave our luggage there before check-in, which was very convenient. Water was not provided, but there’s a kitchen with appliances available if you’d like to cook, and there’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities felt a little old, and the room was slightly stuffy despite having air conditioning. The hallway is scary without lights 😦"

"The hotel is located in the Old Town. When I initially booked it, a platform oversight meant I didn't get a detailed understanding of the room types. I was shocked that a 5-star hotel would have rooms resembling Hong Kong's 'coffin homes.' I had booked for two nights but ended up fleeing after just one. The person who checked me in on the first day suggested we could leave (without explicitly stating that the second night's booking couldn't be canceled). When I actually checked out the next day, a different staff member said I couldn't get a refund, claiming the previous night's receptionist didn't have the authority. It was really frustrating 😓; they just pushed the blame onto temporary staff. This whole experience has taught us a lesson: always remember to keep proof in the future."

"Honestly, the location and cleanliness were excellent. While sightseeing, my accommodation was right in front of me, so I used the bathroom right there. There was a water purifier and a free coffee machine, so I didn't have to buy bottled water or go to cafes, which saved me money and was great. The elevator is small and the room is tiny, but it was big enough to open two suitcases, and most importantly, it was very clean. There was also an air conditioner, so it was nice and cool. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, so I highly recommend it."

"It's too bad. If I could give it 0 points, I would never give it 1 point. The level is equivalent to a domestic 1-star guest house. The reason why I chose him was because this hotel advertised a free parking lot, but when I arrived, I discovered that there were only a few and there was no parking at all. We booked a family room. You can see the comparison between the photos on the platform and our actual room. It's huge, and the two rooms are connected by a thin corridor. We had three suitcases and there was no room to open them. The hotel rooms are all on the second floor or above. The elevator has been broken for several months and has not been repaired. Guests have to carry it up themselves. The most annoying thing is that when we saw the actual room on the first day, we asked to check out, but the hotel didn't allow it. I explained the matter through Ctrip customer service. Ctrip was very kind and kept contacting me about this matter. However, this shabby hotel would not check out. During each other's European trip, whether it was Paris as the first stop or Nice and Rome in the later period, the accommodation experience was good. This hotel in Lyon was so bad that you should never choose it again."
