The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and well-maintained, with everything up to standard. The reception staff are professional, and they offer a paid shuttle service from CDG Airport to the hotel.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and they were also quite efficient. I'd say it offers excellent value for money.

Wonderful hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, central and Disney short trips on the bus. So grateful to be able to book the hotel shuttle bus to pick us up and drop off at the main train station 😀

Friendly welcome, heated swimming pool, and a beautiful, clean property. It's also conveniently located within walking distance of Aeroville. On the downside, the cocktails at the bar were overpriced, and the shuttle service needs improvement, particularly given the extra charges for luggage.

Nice hotel, with attentive and friendly staff, and fun games and activities in the lobby, with a decent pool as well. Surrounding town is very cute and worth taking a quick walk around. There is a paid shuttle to the airport or a taxi we’ll set you back 15 euros

We had a power cut in our room for almost an hour bearing in mind this was around 10:00pm and i had my kids with me, we went down to inform them, there was no form of apology or any update unless i went to speak to them, sheets never got changed while we stayed there and bins were not collected, apart from this everything else was ok.

Not very clean and not worth 5 stars. The air conditioner was working and the bathroom is not great.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and all the services were very good. The room was clean, and it’s a great place for families — the staff were friendly, and my kids had fun playing around the area, which felt safe. Swimming pool, gym facilities equipment all best !! U However, the only downside was the breakfast. There were no halal options, and not much food suitable for people from different cultures or dietary needs. For example, the sausages were not halal, and there weren’t many alternatives available. If the hotel could offer more diverse food choices, especially halal options, it would be even better. Overall, it’s a very clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel — I would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again. Service was not less than 5 star hotel. We will definitely visit again …. Love it

A spotless hotel with excellent service. Its convenient location is a huge plus, and I'd definitely return.

This is a pretty standard chain hotel located near the airport, perfectly fine across the board. The immediate vicinity is mostly made up of hotels catering to airport layovers or overnight stays.

It was surprisingly quiet for being right next to the airport – completely exceeded my expectations.

Reception staff were not very friendly. The shower in our room had very weak water pressure.

It is best if sheets are changed for stays longer than 2 nights.
