"Great location, very close to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. It was very quiet at night, so we slept wonderfully. The only downside is that there's no private parking; you have to park at a nearby mall. Parking in Harbin is generally quite expensive, at 6 yuan an hour."

The complimentary in-room water supply was continuously replenished, which was a thoughtful touch – plenty of water every day when I returned to the room, showing attention to detail and quality. The smart devices in the room were incredibly easy to use, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, making it feel very high-tech yet completely intuitive. What was most impressive was the front desk service: gentle and patient. From check-in to answering questions about local attractions, they always had a smile and responded softly and politely to every request, making me feel so welcome. With excellent hardware and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city."

"The room was absolutely amazing! They even upgraded me when they could, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was fantastic, and it was perfect for taking tons of photos. The in-room snacks and tea selection were very thoughtful. For the price, you really can't beat this setup! The service was also incredibly attentive.
The only minor thing was that once the room quieted down at night, there was a bit of noise from the pipes, which was a little bothersome. But the front desk quickly brought up some earplugs, and that made a huge difference!
The breakfast selection was also very rich and varied! Thumbs up! I'll definitely be back next time!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near Harbin's Central Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to Central Street, and attractions like St. Sophia Church and the Songhua River Flood Control Memorial Tower are nearby. In the morning, you can explore the local morning market, which is right next to the hotel on Hongzhuan Street. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the service is great. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. We booked two double rooms, and the aisle was quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient to move around, especially getting in and out of bed. They offer complimentary drinks and bottled water, even in the mini-fridge. Plus, they gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Overall, it's a pretty good place and definitely worth recommending."

GGuest UserThis hotel, over a century old, boasts a rich historical ambiance with its Tsarist Russian court design. The lobby is resplendent and dazzling, featuring crystal chandeliers, oil paintings, wine cabinets, and an ornate wrought-iron garden, all showcasing the luxury of the Russian aristocracy. I even donned a 19th-century outfit to experience what it felt like to be a Countess.
The hotel service was impeccable. Upon check-in, someone immediately guided us on a tour and provided explanations, including a ride in the century-old elevator. Our luggage was delivered directly to our room, and they were incredibly accommodating, helping us take photos in the court costumes without any hesitation. When we checked out, they even brought our bags to the car – truly doorstep service, highly commendable!
This is a highly recommended hotel that is well worth experiencing.

GGuest UserThe Harbin Sunac Club Med Hotel has two robots, and they're really helpful! There's an amusement park and Sunac Mall nearby. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, and they even arranged a shuttle bus for us to Sunac Mall. The bellboy was great; he took us to the shuttle and even offered us water. When we checked out, I called the front desk, and a bellboy quickly came up to help with our luggage. It was a very satisfying stay. A special shout-out to the front desk lady – she's not only beautiful and kind, but also incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely be staying at your hotel again because of her. She really makes your hotel stand out among so many others. Excellent service always wins, and she's a fantastic first impression for your front desk. Wishing the hotel a prosperous business and continued success!

Sshirah smileRecommended homestay to stay as it is really close to Yabuli ski resort. It just 15mins to the location. Muslim friendly homestay as it also provide vegetarian food. The host is really accommodating and friendly. in terms of communication with the host, we just use we chat but as a suggestion, host should buy the translation device for seamless ad fast communication.

- Interior is really modern and the room is really big
- Doubting to stay here? No! Absolutely will come again as the homestay is really beautiful
- Washing machine and dryer is provided
- You can even have a quick excercise with a good view
- In house restaurant where you can just go downstairs and order your food here and they will call you once the food is ready. In terms of price? A bit pricey?
- Food? Delicious! Totally chinese cuisine.

- You can just ask the host for any activities that you want to do, he can help you.
P/s: For Yabuli Skit Resort, I recommend you to book by yourself because I almost get scam. The ski trainer asked us to pay double for the ski lesson which this trainer is recommended by the homestay staff.
- He can help you to arrange for transportation to Snow Town or Snow village. All transportation booking can be arranged by him.

Ssusan ieThe best host in my trip!! Very helpful with all our inquiries, would try to find the best solutions to our problems, and provided almost everything we need!!
They can arrange all sorts of activities with transportation, so you can just come by trains to Yabuli and they will arrange for everything you want.
The hotel also has a restaurant with excellent food, affordable price, and free hot drinks!!
The rooms are comfortable, clean, with basic amenities including bath towel and toiletries. Hot water was available 24/7, in a volumetric heated tank. So even if someone used up a lot of hot water, you can just wait for 15-30 minutes until the tank refilled with hot water. If I have any recommendation, the only thing would be to have more cloth hangers available in the rooms, because our trip was in winter, and we have a lot of jackets and coats.
Overall, would recommend this accommodation to my friends and families. Hope to visit you again!!

HHuanggBooked this room for the convenience and affordability and it did not disappoint. If you’re looking to be well taken care off this is the place for you. The staff was very attentive and accommodative to our requests, they went the extra mile to ensure that we’re comfortable.
I contacted the hotel staff via WeChat a few days before arrival to the place. They provide free transportation to all/most attractions in Yabuli and even free pick-up service from yabulixi train station.
To save yourself the hassle, you can book the Ski attraction directly from them, 160 Yuan/pax. They will fetch you to and fro the attraction, settle the tickets and take the time to explain to you the processes. Trust me you wouldn’t want to end up lost in that place. We went for the horse sledge ride as well, 60 yuan/pax.
Overall it was an amazing experience, very family friendly and I’d recommend it to everyone who is seeking for convenience, comfort and service.

ZZhuqueqiwuThe rooms were incredibly tidy and clean, with options for both traditional 'kang' beds and regular beds. This is a comprehensive resort hotel that offers both accommodation and dining. We initially stayed for one night and then extended for another. The owners and their family were so incredibly warm and hospitable! They provided all the ski gear – suits, hats, and goggles – completely free of charge. They picked us up from Yabuli West Railway Station and provided transfers to the ski resort. They even helped us book discounted tickets and ski passes, and connected us with excellent, affordable instructors. We'll definitely come back to Yabuli to ski again and stay here! Highly recommend it to everyone.
