Right opposite train station, eateries and supermarket nearby. Need to walk quite a distance from hotel lobby to your room, it felt like a maze. The only complaint I have was when I accidentally booked the wrong date and management refused to cancel + refund. Since I have re-booked the correct date, the management should be more flexible to adjust my stay.

Staff are helpful & friendly with smile. The location is very good. The breakfast may add some Asian favourites such as fry rice or noodle.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The facilities are rather basic and the room was quite uncomfortable, mainly due to the lack of proper air conditioning. Despite my request, I was not able to change rooms. Instead, I was only able to pick up a fan from the lobby myself, which is far from adequate given the hot weather and definitely not the level of service I expected. The hotel itself feels like a maze, with many areas that look like they have been hastily renovated or converted. For example, the ceiling panels and wooden finishes seem worn out and make the environment look even less inviting. There also aren’t enough charging outlets available in the room, which is very inconvenient for travelers with multiple devices. Overall, the service was poor and the room facilities were subpar. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay or good customer service.

A great hotel located near Termini Rome's central railway station. So easy to access from airport via local Leonardo train shuttle. And, from Termini's train station, easy to get on subway to move around Rome and access sites of interest. Very clean hotel & great morning buffet breakfast. And staff very helpful. Definitely recommend over hotels located nearby this hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Madison in Rome for a short stay, and overall, we would describe it as more of a convenience hotel than a tourist destination. It's perfect for travelers passing through, thanks to its excellent location right across from Termini Station, the main train and bus terminal in Rome. Room & Facilities The room appeared clean and recently renovated, but it was quite small. It had all the basics, including a functioning heater and a TV, and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels provided. However, the hotel doesn’t give off a tourist-hotel vibe — it’s more of a practical choice for those who need quick access to transportation. The front desk service was professional and efficient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the reception area looked modern and clean, which made a good first impression. Breakfast Experience One of the most positive aspects of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel has a chef preparing fresh food on the spot, with several assistants ensuring everything runs smoothly. There was a wide variety of hot dishes and plenty of food available, with everything served fresh and hot. We noticed that guests seemed very satisfied with their breakfast experience, and we felt the same. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Madison is a solid choice for a short stay or a transit stop in Rome. The location across from Termini Station is ideal for those who need easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. The rooms are simple and functional, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient stay, this hotel does the job. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the convenience and excellent breakfast!

Overall nice hotel, great staff, good location.   Air conditioning was having trouble keeping up, but it was a heatwave.  Additionally, there was a power outage, but these things are beyond their control.

The hotel is near Tremini  station  the room already including breakfast 

The hotel is perfect, staff are very friendly and professional, the location is 1 min work from the Roma Termini trains station so no need for additional transport cost when going or coming from the airport or for shopping, I really enjoyed the hotel 😊
