Arrogant staff. I spent 430AUD per night, TOO expensive!!! Not sure based on which standard it was considered as 4 stars, very small space, no kettle or coffee machine in the room, poor sound insulation, loud guests. Apart from that, it was amazing. To be fair, that was the best I could get in Rome. Not a great destination for a traveller but, perhaps for a tourist with a pocket full of money and an urge for taking selfies.

Everything was good, place was very close to the center of old town

The room was tiny; you had to turn around to walk around. The sheets weren't clean, and the receptionist was indifferent.

Cozy room, clean, cleaning every day, polite reception staff, always smiling and ready to help. It is located next to the Spanish Steps 2 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the metro Spain. I am very pleased. Photo of the street to the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. Travelers are especially reminded that they should book a taxi to the airport one day in advance. The room is clean and the breakfast is OK. There is a rest area next to the front desk, with sofas, free juice, free coffee and bottled water, which is worth a thumbs up👍. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

On the positive side: The location is very close to the Spanish Steps, the pasta at the restaurant near the entrance is quite good, and there's a Carrefour nearby. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the excellent service is commendable. The front desk helped me exchange for change and call a taxi. The restaurant staff, rushing to catch a flight and not having time for breakfast, even brought me milk and an apple – a very touching gesture when traveling abroad. The doorman greeted me every night. The only downside is that the room is close to the elevator, and the noise from the elevator can be a bit bothersome.

Although the hotel is old, the location is very convenient. The key is that the service staff is particularly warm and thoughtful. Next time I come to Rome, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Not far from the Roman Forum, the environment is average. Breakfast is very simple, it can be said that there is nothing to eat. The attitude of the hotel front desk is also relatively cold, so I don't particularly recommend staying here.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to the main attractions. There are restaurants and small supermarkets just outside the door. Booked a room on the 5th floor, the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. The rooms and bathroom facilities are too old, haha. It is an older hotel and lacks future maintenance.

Very bad experience, poor service and very cunning, especially in the hot summer, the air conditioner shuts down at any time, the faucet of the bathtub is also faulty, the phone in the room is not working, I was forced to transfer my family to another hotel, and there were two waves of the same afternoon The guests on the first floor came to our room and said that the hotel’s behavior was too outrageous. They had to leave because the children were too young, but the hotel did not charge for check-out. The same happened to us, because the children still had summer camp lessons and exams, so they endured it. After one night, I asked my wife and children to transfer to another hotel, and we also did not refund the room fee (three nights) for the next few days, *****

The location of the hotel is very good, you can go shopping right away, but other than this, everything else is really average. The room is very small, the facilities inside are very old, the elevator is very small and slow, and the sockets in the room sockets are very loose.
