Great location in a very fun neighborhood with a lot of cafés, restaurants, and small shops. It is very easy to walk to major sights from here or by tram that is easily accessible in 5min walk from the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and good enough for a city hotel stay. There is a nice rooftop bar where you can enjoy a discount as a hotel guest on food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was a bit messy due to service, but it offered everything I needed. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a city escape to Rome.

Very average experience. Had power cut off two days in a row with loud wall banging noise and emergency light on(see the photo) since early morning. Room cleaning is NOT thorough at all - no re-fill coffee captures, no re-fill tissue box, no re-fill water (every day). Bit disappointed and don’t think we will be back to this hotel.

Hotel is clean and we like the location and also the neighborhood. Service is not exceptional - some staff members are friendly and some made me feel not welcomed. I will likely try a different hotel when we come back to Rome next time.

Beautiful hotel which very well located . Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and we were lucky enough to receive an upgraded room. Would definitely stay here again

It's close to the bus station and has a great view. It's a great place for sightseeing in Rome, but it was a little hard to find the bus stop from the airport. The room was smaller than I expected. However, the bed and shower were comfortable.

The service was extremely poor, and they didn't consider the customers at all. I had a flight to catch in the morning, and the booking showed it was 17 kilometers away from where I was. I took a taxi and found out it was 40 kilometers, so I canceled the booking immediately. The whole trip took less than two minutes, but they refused to refund me!

Be careful to pay more tax, received 60 euros, thought 30 a person, actually only need 30 euros 2 people, to check out left to know that it was paid more than 30, employees did not want to help you check, suggested credit card than tax

A very nice hotel in the Trastevere district. The room is comfortable, clean, the bathroom is large, and all amenities are provided. The bed is very comfortable. We had a wonderful time in Rome. We hope to return again.

The hotel is in a great location. It takes 20-40 minutes to walk to basically all major attractions and business districts in the city. (To go to the Vatican Museums, you need to take a taxi for about €15. Do not take a taxi at the entrance of the museum on the return trip. The price is tripled at Charge€45) If you are in good physical condition, other scenic spots and historical sites can basically be reached by walking. The entire hotel is relatively new, but there is a problem with the drainage system in the room. After taking a shower, the water is all over the place. I don't know what is wrong with the drainage system. The water will flow all over the floor. Like this every day!! Breakfast content is okay~ But there are mostly breads and sweets, and very few salty ones. To drink coffee, you need to ask the front desk to make it. At that time, I wanted to buy breakfast for several days on the first day of my stay (when I made the online reservation, I was not sure whether I wanted to have breakfast at the hotel), but the hotel front desk asked me to pay at the end. As a result, I had to communicate with different staff in the restaurant bar about the payment method every day. Can't understand this productivity. Except for the location, I personally feel that the hotel is average in all dimensions. Maybe it’s average value for money among options at the same price range. Everyone makes their own choice. Take pictures for everyone’s reference when traveling.
