Great hotel and great service also

Everything, was lovely. I had an automatic upgrade from single to double room. The hotel WiFi was super slow, but didn't really affect a lovely first stay in Bruxelles...

We stayed at Citybox Brussels for one night on 15/5. The location is great—within walking distance to many restaurants and a Carrefour supermarket. Check-in was quick and easy using the self-service machines. There’s also a spacious shared kitchen available, which is a nice bonus. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon check-in. Overall, everything was good, though the lighting in the room felt a bit dim. Still, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Location is great, on walking distance from Louise metro station. The price quality ratio is good. Room for improvement: the toilets downstairs in the lobby area are very smelly, the toilet paper in the rooms are harsh like carton, there are no TV’s in your room (while Citybox Antwerp does have), the windows cannot fully open in your room and there are no cleaning services if you stay multiple days. It would be helpful to have some self-service kits available (cleaning spray etc) to clean your room yourself (especially the floor is dirty). The concept of the food machines in the lobby is a good idea but the machines was mostly empty and the choices are all very basic processed food choices (not suitable for a proteine rich, glutenfree diet).

It's a hotel for young people. Cool and hipster. Self check-in and checkout. The location is very good. Cleaning is almost excellent (4,5 out of 5).

Automatic check-in and check-out procedures make the process smooth. Hotels' location gives additional advantage. The room was clean and suitable for one night.

The hotel is located not far from the Royal Palace right from a shopping street with trams. When I arrived there was only self service check in although there is a reception hidden at the back. No AMEX card was accepted only visa, Mastercard or European bank card which made paying harder than required. The room was clean but small and there was not even a cup or kettle in the room. Also no tv just one bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom has small shower and the floor seemed to be some sort of plastic cover. The light switch also switched off all power so in the morning my phone was not charged, I did notice later that there were in fact two buttons but as the are black it was hard to see. There is a seating area but as it was on the top floor the roof takes most space. On checking out I was told that there is a central kitchen area below stairs where you can get a cup or use the microwave but as there was nobody with check in I didn't find out. Price was reasonable for Brussels and it was close to my client it was satisfactory.

Clean was the first impression. Location is satisfactory. Service was good and friendly when I checked in late and the machine didn't work for me . The room were clean, simple, solid.

Centrally located good neighborhood , comfortable mattress, nice walk-in shower, easy self checking checkout, luggage room. The only negative point was the extreme noise. I could hear from my room (2nd floor) all the noise from the street cars, tram, walking people all the night. That ruined the perfect staying that we could have.

So clean and nice location

No hot water. Our room has no Internet connection. The AC is very noisy sometimes. Although locations is good, we had bad experience overall.
