Location is superb just don’t go out late at night. Water could have been provided in the room. Lightning could be enhanced in the spacious room as well. Staff members and nice and efficient.

The room is very dated and old . Small room and they charge a nonrefundable resort fee to use for F&B at USD35 . Experience at front desk are not great and all very matured staff and not much customer service . I have to book there due my local tours pickup point is at this hotel .

The building is old and room is not spacious. As my room is facing the swimming pool, it’s quite noisy.

I paid extra and choose two double room, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told it is just standard room, so I didn’t understand why the extra cost is. Location was good, it is big hotel. There was not complimentary water at room and there was not any toothpaste and toothbrush provided

Location of hotel is near union square n accessible to brat station n cable car n buses. Shopping mall n restaurants n supermarkets are nearby too.

Perfect location. Good service - my room was ready for me early. Love that Big Bus picks up and drops off right here. I must say the bathroom was kind of weird. The floor was slanted and the sink was a very weird shape.

When choosing a hotel, my main priority was to be close to the city center for easy access to shopping. The hotel itself is quite large, but its design has a distinctly dated feel, making the facilities and overall layout seem a bit old-fashioned. However, the overall cleanliness and safety were excellent.

Great place for the business and eating, shopping Upper level was very quiet did not care about the noise

- ok and clean - room doesn’t have great sound proof - receptionist ok but not overly friendly

I love the sky deck and the proximity to restaurants

The hotel was handily placed in order to get around the city. Room was comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day The food takeaway in the lobby had plenty of choice Overall very enjoyable

location is good, with all shops around. But just to make sure to avoid the Tenderloin area as it can get dangerous, which is at the other side of the hotel. Else, everything is good, the room is clean too.

Exceptional service and being a Gold member is good for an upgrade.
