The hotel is very clean and modern. The room is well kept and the receptionist is very helpful. There is free bottled water in the room, the bedsheets are crisp and wonderful to sleep on. They also provide clean, fresh towels. Security is tight as it should be. Parking is freely available. No hassles. Will return again the next time.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall was ok. However towels were not clean and had stains on them. Bathtub were not super clean and hot water was not enough, basically filled up the tub with hot water but once it's full, it's room temperature.
Location was okay as there's a family mart right beside and a very nice cafe.

We had a great stay at The Square Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and came with two king-sized beds, perfect for families or groups. The location is excellent, with three shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. What stood out most was the friendly and welcoming staff, who were always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one place!

Only skinny people will be able to pass through the between the column and toilet to the other side of bed. Noise nuisance by the other room. Intermittent loud screams non stop from 5am onward. Believe that the other guests have complain but the hotel seem like never take any action at all. This show that the room insulation is not good enough.

Stayed for a night here due to car workshop in the nearby area to avoid Weekend custom jam.
Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way.
Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there.
With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much.
Plus point, hotel parking.

GGuest UserThe room is quite spacious.Amneities such as towel are bad.It is not suitable to be used.Looks like rags and only good to be used to clean floor or to wipe dust.Bedsheet and pillow cover looks very old and faded.It will be good if they use white cloth as bedsheets and pillow covers instead of coloured.

Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.
BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.
Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

MMs FendiI recently stayed at Redpine Boutique Hotel for a short getaway, and overall, I had a fantastic experience but sadly theres no refrigerator in the hotel room. Location wise, it is very convenient. Theres a 24h minimart and other convenient stores that closes at midnight. Hope to come back and have a refrigerator installed in the room next time😁

IIandao NgFirst time staying at the hotel. Lobby has no aircon and feels stuffy and warm when we arrived in the afternoon at about 3pm. The carpark has a damp smell too.
Room is relatively clean and slightly big (at least not those super cramp type of rooms). No central aircon in the room but a standalone aircon which took a while to cool down the room (I set at 16 degrees full speed) when we first entered.
Noisy place where you can hear noisy motorbikes revving their engine as they rode along in the middle of the night. TV channels were limited though don't understand how come half the channels have no images at all.
One strange thing that I encountered for my first time while staying in a hotel. It was past 1am when I was woken up by some guests who came back late and could hear them talking along the corridor. Fine..no big deal. Then...when one of the guests took the shower, you can hear a loud wooooooong sound continously throughout the shower. It was like you turn on your tap and there is a hollow pipe noise that will sound continuously till you turn off the tap. That was the sound. It was loud and it lasted about 5 mins. Guess that was the time it took for that hotel guest to take his or her shower. It was freaking loud 😭.
Breakfast was simple and quite ok for the price. Nothing to shout about.
