Nice place and suitable for foreign travellers. Nearby got a lot of food. Easily for transportation. The room is clean. Will definitely come again if go to South Korea.

Hotel was near metro line and so public transportation was easy. Also very near companies that I had a meeting with. Gym and laundromat in the hotel were appreciated

The rooms feel cramped. Nice hotel but on the pricey side for what it is. The subway station is a bit of a walk that can feel hot suring the summer. Service was really wonderful and love that there is a shuttle directly from the airport that can drop you off at the hotel

I always book this branch whenever my trip to Seoul . A very well maintained lotte group hotel in a very alive suburb neighbourhood. Good size room, all complete amenities you would need in a trip. Feels comfy in & outside room. Always smell fresh every corner of the premises. I would rate it 4* rather than 3*. No swimming pool or sauna though there is a gym room should I need a workout.

This is not a bad hotel, although it is a bit old. Not like that the rooms are old, but just that you could feel how old is this hotel. There are a few restaurants next to the hotel. Yes, there is a bus stop outside but didn’t use.
