The hotel is great, all the facilities are brand new, and the lobby is particularly beautiful with a wonderful ambiance. The room is also spacious, and I really liked the high ceilings. When the bathroom light had a minor issue at night, the hotel staff promptly provided a solution and even sent a thoughtful gift the next day. I was very impressed with their service. The breakfast is also excellent, and children under 1.4 meters eat for free, which is a great perk. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit the outlet mall.

This was my first stay here, and I was eager to experience it. Both the hotel's cleanliness and the staff's service attitude far surpassed my expectations. The room decor was also incredibly comfortable and soothing. Standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the river. The chandelier in the hotel lobby was particularly stunning. It's also conveniently located very close to the outlet mall. Breakfast was excellent, though I forgot to take any photos. All in all, the overall experience was truly wonderful, and I highly recommend it!

The value-added services truly exceeded my expectations, making this my top choice for future stays. The cleanliness is meticulous, and the soundproofing is superb. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers, with spacious, bright rooms that exude an elegant and grand ambiance.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, close to outlets for fantastic shopping, and tucked away from traffic, ensuring a quiet stay. The high ceilings in the rooms make them feel spacious and airy, not at all cramped. Plus, free laundry and drying facilities are available, which is extremely convenient! 👍

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had a fantastic experience overall. The lobby provides complimentary drinks for guests, and you can even get Starbucks coffee delivered to your room. My room was well-appointed and impeccably clean. The hotel's location is also very convenient, being a short 20-minute taxi ride from Hongqiao Airport, which made travel very easy. To top it off, there's a restaurant/bar on the ground floor where you can order meals, which was a definite plus!

It's also great for those driving, with ample and spacious parking available. Qingpu Outlets is within walking distance. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are excellent. A key highlight is that the 1.35-meter wide double beds are particularly suitable for guests with children. The surrounding area is spacious, quiet, and the soundproofing is also very good. The restaurant's breakfast is excellent and child-friendly. Service from the hotel lobby, restaurant, and room service is all very much on point.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 4-5 minute drive from Qingpu Outlets. Kiki at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even gave us a complimentary breakfast for two. There's free bottled water readily available in the hallway, which was a nice touch. Our room had a lovely river view, and the cozy lighting design made it feel very inviting. My only minor feedback is that there seemed to be a shortage of service robots, as external food deliveries were quite slow during peak meal times. On the plus side, parking is free if you register your license plate at the front desk before check-out. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

The moment I stepped out of the taxi, a front desk staff member immediately offered to help with my luggage. The lady at the front desk checked me in with a bright smile, and even thoughtfully asked if I'd like some warm brown sugar water when she noticed I wasn't feeling well! From the very beginning of my stay, I felt a genuine sense of warmth and hospitality, just like home! The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and felt incredibly spacious – definitely not cramped or stuffy. The bedding was so unbelievably comfortable, I never wanted to get out of bed! Location-wise, it's super convenient: just a 20-minute taxi ride from Hongqiao Airport. The Outlets are also only a ten-minute walk away, which was fantastic; being able to just crash back at the hotel after a shopping spree was incredibly satisfying! On hot days, the front desk even provided refreshing fruit tea and sour plum juice. The value for money here is truly outstanding! When checking out, the front desk lady thoughtfully presented me with a small gift – their attention to detail is simply impeccable! I'll definitely be staying at this hotel again next time there's a comic convention!

This hotel truly speaks for itself – absolutely fantastic! Firstly, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive. They noticed we were traveling with both adults and children and arranged a room type perfectly suited for our needs. Since we arrived quite late and there were three of us, this significantly cut down the time we needed to get ready. Secondly, among hotels in the same area and price range, the room absolutely exceeded our expectations! It was spacious, fully equipped, very clean, and incredibly quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. Finally, the thoughtful touches were truly impressive. The parking lot had plenty of EV charging stations, the breakfast covered all the basic needs, and the coffee was surprisingly good (unlike the dreadful coffee machine at another hotel I stayed at in an industrial park last week!). It's also not far from the Outlet and Sam's Club, which made shopping very convenient. One last thing to mention: the front desk staff I encountered during my two-day stay were all incredibly easy to communicate with and helpful. This will definitely be my top choice next time I bring my kids!

Very smooth check in. Room is very good and the room was comfortable for me and my family. For the price & quality of the room and hotel its worth it. I would stay again when I am in the area.

The hotel was so far exceeded the expectation. Very satisfied. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. They let me check in early and also upgrade the room for me. Had received a gift from them when checked out also. Even the location is a bit far from city center but still can use metro nearby. Will book again when visit Shanghai.
