The ordinary double bed rooms in the hotel are close to the elevated. Since the hotel is full that night, there will be no room left in the hotel when you come to check in. The staff said that if you are not satisfied with the room, they will immediately arrange a room change for you the next day if there is a room available. The hotel is very welcome. Foreign friends come here to experience the stay. All the staff will serve every guest who chooses us in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Because the language communication is not very smooth, we cannot give you a better experience. The hotel staff are also working very hard to learn. Among them, we will try our best to understand your needs and the washing machine problems you reported as soon as possible. In order to better provide guests with laundry convenience, the hotel washing machine will be replaced with an all-in-one washer and dryer in March 2021. After the clothes are dried, they still need to be cooled and dried. You can wear it. Due to different eating habits, your favorite bread may be out of stock due to the large number of diners that day. We are very sorry! After knowing your needs, we immediately arranged for the hotel manager to go to the nearby convenience store to buy it for you. Since you were in a hurry to go out, you had already gone out to do errands when the manager came back. When you came back in the evening, the manager apologized to you again!
