The room was nothing like the pictures. There was no separate shower stall; we had to shower standing in a tall, narrow bathtub. The water pressure was incredibly weak. With no wet-dry separation and no floor drain outside of the tub, the entire bathroom floor became flooded every time we showered. The room felt old and dated, and there was a strong, musty odor that was very off-putting. The walls were visibly dirty, and the carpet was so grimy it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The air conditioning unit was also extremely noisy. Even the bedsheets were torn. The sink in the bathroom was also tiny. Overall, this hotel offered terrible value for money; we would have been better off staying at a budget motel.

My stay was incredibly satisfying! A huge thank you to Tina at the front desk for her exceptional service throughout. She was always ready to answer any questions, had a warm and friendly smile, and patiently addressed all my inquiries. Her flexibility and accommodating nature, gentle phone etiquette, and efficient, accurate call transfers truly stood out. She handled unexpected situations with calm professionalism, showing remarkable thoughtfulness in every detail, and her overall professional approach made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. The hotel's surroundings are very well-appointed, with plenty of amenities and a fantastic selection of local snack options. Naxiang Ancient Town and Guyi Garden are also conveniently located nearby. This is easily the best hotel in Nanxiang, and it's very close to the subway station. I will definitely be returning to Wyndham Nanxiang Hotel on my next visit.

This was my first time staying at Nanxiang's finest hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transport links, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. While the bathroom facilities aren't the most modern, the toiletries provided are of superior quality. What truly impressed me was the service. Front desk agent Zuo Hongxia was incredibly warm and patient during my check-in, and Concierge Sui Xiang was also exceptional, even upgrading me to a high floor when rooms were available. The hotel also features a swimming pool and gym on the 4th floor. Furthermore, the breakfast spread on the ground floor is extensive, offering a great balance of Western and authentic Chinese options, all delicious. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the Wyndham Nanxiang is an unbeatable choice. Highly recommended!

The bathroom facilities, though not modern, were spotlessly clean, and the hot water was consistently strong. The hotel's location is very convenient, with a quiet surrounding area and excellent transport links. What truly impressed me was the meticulous service provided by Ms. Zuo Hongxia. She was patient, friendly, and made our check-in process efficient and professional. Room service was incredibly prompt, and all our requests were met quickly, which made us feel truly valued. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, particularly with the immaculate room cleaning. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, helping us start our day full of energy. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel delivers a quality stay. Wyndham Nanxiang will definitely be my top choice for my next visit.

Regarding Facilities: The shower curtain was worn out and dingy. The backrest of the chair was so flimsy, I almost fell when leaning back; we ended up replacing it with a restaurant chair. The phone would constantly ring inexplicably; I had to unplug it at night to prevent it from ringing in the middle of the night. Regarding Service: 1. On the first day, my room on the 19th floor had severe vibrating noise from the wall due to the external air conditioning unit. The front desk repeatedly claimed they had no other rooms available, forcing me to wait from 1 PM until 3 PM. Eventually, they moved me to another room on the 19th floor, but as soon as the AC was set above speed two, it made strange noises again. It wasn't until my third room change, to the 16th floor, that I finally got an AC unit without strange noises. The front desk did not help me change rooms for two full hours; it was only after I kept pressing them that they finally made the arrangements. I was changing rooms from 1 PM until 4 PM. The service was utterly irresponsible. 2. On the first day, my takeaway delivery was not put into the delivery robot at all, and it wasn't brought up to my room even after half an hour, causing my yogurt and fruit to spoil. When I went downstairs to inquire, the front desk told me to go find it in the delivery locker myself. When I couldn't find it there, they told me to look for the robot. After I couldn't find it there either, they just ignored me. The front desk staff didn't even bother to look up at me once throughout the entire ordeal. 3. On the second day, my takeaway delivery was again delayed for ages before being sent up, leading to the fruit spoiling again. Feeling a bit unwell, I asked the front desk to come up and see the spoiled fruit. I called them twice, and they refused to come up. I then went downstairs with the spoiled fruit to confront the front desk. A male manager at the front desk immediately urged the staff to prioritize checking in other guests and explicitly told them to ignore me. I was speechless. While outdated hotel facilities are somewhat understandable, such terrible service is simply inexcusable. I've stayed at several Wyndham hotels across the country, but the Wyndham Nanxiang's poor service truly has no equal, especially the attitude of the staff. This is supposed to be a reputable chain hotel known for quality service, yet they managed to display the kind of appalling indifference you'd expect from a cheap, state-run guesthouse from the 1980s. I had actually stayed at Wyndham Nanxiang a few months ago and previously, and even left a good review on Trip.com just two months ago. I genuinely cannot understand how their service attitude could have deteriorated so much in just a month or two. It felt like a completely different hotel. I booked for four days, but after only two days, I had already changed rooms four times. It was absolutely maddening. If you're not serious about accommodating individual travelers, then please don't list your hotel on platforms like Trip.com. I booked through Trip.com precisely because I expected to find reliable options and honest reviews.

For the Dragon Boat Festival long weekend, we had a staycation in Jiading and chose the Wyndham hotel near Guyi Garden. It's about a 10-minute walk to Guyi Garden. While it's a bit far from the subway, free parking is available. The Deluxe Room offered decent space. Despite being renovated in 2019, the room facilities felt a bit dated, especially the bathroom, where the water pressure was weak and the water flow was low. We didn't opt for breakfast with the room; adding it on separately seemed a little pricey. The service was also quite average.

The reception staff were super friendly and really helpful, always ready to answer any questions or give recommendations. It made the whole experience so much better! The service was spot on, and the facilities were awesome too. The rooms were comfy, and everything was clean and well-kept. I also enjoyed the gym and the food there. Honestly, everything was just really good, and I’d totally recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxed and enjoyable stay!

WARNING!!!!!! The hotel does not offer air con despite its 24-25 degree outside during the day! At night the temp is as high as 27-28 according to the temperature monitor.
