After checking out the area, I found this hotel offered the best value for money. It was spotlessly clean and hygienic, the duvet was light and had a pleasant scent, and the room was very quiet. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, happy to answer all my questions. I had booked a room without breakfast, but for only 20 yuan, I could enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which was both abundant and delicious. Overall, the hotel was incredibly thoughtful and guest-friendly.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the services provided were excellent. All the staff, from the service attendants to the housekeepers, were incredibly friendly. I'll definitely stay here again for any future business trips to Shanghai. The hotel even noticed I was staying for an extended period and offered complimentary breakfast vouchers, which was a really thoughtful gesture!

Jinjiang Inn Chuansha Branch: A Reliable Choice for Travel Accommodation For our trip to Shanghai Disneyland, we chose Jinjiang Inn Chuansha Branch, and our stay far exceeded expectations. We definitely have to give it a glowing review! The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from Disneyland. A direct bus to the park stops right outside, making it super convenient for early mornings and late returns after a day of fun. The surrounding area is also very well-equipped: a food street is just a 5-minute walk away, with breakfast joints and convenience stores aplenty, fulfilling all basic travel needs. While the room isn't overly spacious, its layout is compact and efficient, never feeling cramped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the duvet clean and fresh, instantly melting away the day's fatigue. The most pleasant surprise was the excellent soundproofing; despite being near a street, we barely heard any outside noise at night, ensuring a peaceful and high-quality sleep. The cleanliness was impeccable and truly reassuring. The desk and floor in the room were spotless, the bathroom had no odors, and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the small details were perfectly handled, clearly showing the diligence of the housekeeping team. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Both check-in and check-out were swift, and the staff patiently answered all our questions, even proactively offering helpful tips for visiting Disneyland, which felt incredibly thoughtful. The hotel also offers excellent value for money; enjoying such quality accommodation at this price point is an absolute steal!

The hotel is in a convenient location, easy to reach from Shanghai airport, surrounded by shopping centers, and only about 15 minutes away from Disneyland, which was very practical. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable, and we even found dirty sheets upon arrival. On top of that, the staff removed a key card we had specifically asked to keep in the room to ensure the air conditioning stayed on, so the room was hot every time we returned. They also turned off the air purifier in our absence. Overall, while the location is good, the comfort and service were poor. It might be worth spending a little more for a better hotel

To be fair for the price paid, I think it is above average. Comfortable bed and reasonable cleanliness, the corner at the clothes hanging area is very dusty but I can’t be bothered because you won’t be touching it anyway. Overall the touch surface is clean and location is near Chuansha Metro Station.

Close to the metro station, with very quick working reception desk. But the room was noisy due to working AC, it had this mechanical sound all night long. So it is impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Either than this everything was fine, probably just the hotel is not suitable for winter time

It was disgusting. And it was terrible. I booked it cheaply because I had an early morning flight, but my good first impression was quickly ruined. In fact, the reception was friendly and spoke a little English. The bedding was clean and the towels were wrapped in plastic bags, so they were sanitary. The room was large and the room condition seemed good at first glance, but there was a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. In the hotel hallway in the middle of the day, the moans and screams of a man and a woman echoed. I used earplugs all night, shaking from the unpleasant feeling. Decisively, just before leaving this hotel, I found a contraceptive device that someone had used in a very corner under the bed that had not been cleaned. When I left the hotel early in the morning, I ran into the cleaning staff and she greeted me kindly. It was clearly not her fault. Even she, no one else, knew about the existence of trash in a corner. It was a bad stay.

I would like to come again soon next time, it's the best for me at Shanghai

Had to stay here as my flight landed late and it's near the airport. Pleasantly surprised with the value, size of room and service. Would recommend staying here if you need a place near Pudong airport.
