The location is not near any shops or restaurants The buffet is pretty good with a variety of items The front desk staff were extremely helpful The room was lovely bus housekeeping did not change dirty classes only took away towels and added new ones. The carpet was also not cleaned from previous guests.

Good hotel, we got an upgrade. Location is abandoned and the hotel is too big for in the winter. Less staff. I think it's better to visit in the summer. We had a very abandoned feeling in the winter. Overall the service was good and the staff was very friendly!

Super good hotel that worth the money. The room is specious, modern, and clean. Location is a bit far and no public transport, but hotel provides shuttle from/to airport and Disneyland. The only thing I would like to suggest for improvement is the shortage of staff. During the night time there was only staff with many guests, including tour group. Hence, we had to wait a bit long even it was 4am.

This hotel is very close to the airport, in the evening to check in at the front desk, the front desk PiPi beauty check-in very warm, but also to help upgrade the room type. In addition, there is also a shuttle service from Disney and Pudong Airport. The breakfast is also a buffet breakfast. I will stay here again next time.

Great facilities and great service. Shout out to the staff, specially the attendant who checked us in and out, Pipi, very helpful and kind. Breakfast was also good, good coffee. However, a little more western breakfast itens would attract more foreigners. (Bread, fruits, oats and so on). But was good breakfast overall.

Just transit overnight. Nice clean quiet hotel. Room is huge. Very good value for money. For city tour probably a bit far.

The carpet was completely dirty! Needs to be steam cleaned. Also the fridge bar was empty and needed to fill by guests. I checked in late night, and found there isn’t even a tea bag or coffee included! The breakfast was terrible. The function/breakfast room was dirty! Flys were on the food. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
