The front desk was very rude on the day of check-in. I didn't get an upgrade even after staying for 3 days. I paid extra to upgrade the room type, but even so, the curtains in the upgraded room were broken. There was a hole on the ceiling of the corridor leading to the room that was leaking water, and there were all kinds of spots on the quilt.
