Regarding the long waiting time you reported when checking in, our hotel only had one front desk staff on duty and we are deeply sorry that we did not respond to your request in time! Later we will apply to our leaders to increase staff so as to provide more timely services to customers. We also went to the guest room to learn about the hygiene in detail. The yellow area is the trace left by the disinfectant. After seeing your evaluation, we realized the seriousness of the matter. We purchased new bedding as soon as possible.
