The staffs from the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly.The location of the hotel is also ideal for those who wish to go Shanghai Disneyland for a day trip.It comes with transfer service (back&forth) to Disneyland too. Hygiene wise were also good.

The room was spotless and a good size. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were comfortable too. I slept incredibly well.

Excellent! They offer a free shuttle service to and from Disney. Plus, when you get back, there's a complimentary late-night supper service with congee and small side dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Disney.

The room looked exactly like the pictures and was immaculately clean. Housekeeping cleaned it daily, and they even offered a thoughtful laundry service, washing our clothes and returning them directly to our room. The room had excellent soundproofing, and the surrounding area was wonderfully quiet. The pillows were incredibly comfortable – just like my latex pillow at home – ensuring I had a fantastic sleep all three nights. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was also very extensive and delicious. For my Disneyland annual pass trips, this will definitely be my go-to place!

Excellent overall! The service from a young gentleman at the front desk was superb. Breakfast was also good, and it offers great value for money. The bathtub was fantastic, and the bed was large. I appreciated that the windows could open for ventilation. Parking was convenient, the room was quiet, and the robot delivery service was a helpful convenience.

The housekeeper cleaning the room opposite 8307 on the 3rd floor around 10:30 AM this morning was incredibly helpful. We ran into her during check-out, and she proactively offered to assist us with our luggage to the elevator door. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 On the evening of July 26th, our child's bathwater overflowed from the tub. The housekeeper arranged by the front desk was also superb; she swiftly cleaned up the floor and, noticing our slippers were wet, kindly brought us several dry pairs, fearing we might slip. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The front desk associate who assisted with our check-in on the afternoon of July 26th was incredibly attentive. She patiently resolved all our queries and even upgraded our room. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The hotel was spotless, and the service was outstanding. Amenities include a washing machine and dryer, a bathtub in the room, a mini-fridge, and even robot delivery for takeout. A well-deserved 5-star rating! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Regarding the Disney shuttle service: The stroller recommended by the tour guide on the bus was claimed to be cheaper than renting one inside the park, but it actually turned out to be more expensive. #

Disney Shuttle Service: The shuttle runs daily, and the driver was fantastic. He not only helped us with our luggage but also gave us the quickest route to Hongqiao. The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with well-appointed facilities. The service is highly efficient, and all the staff are very professional and dedicated. They handle issues promptly and are truly considerate of guests' needs. Definitely worth staying again.

The Disneyland shuttle service was very convenient. The Jing Xuan nourishing evening porridge was delicious, and they even had popsicles! The front desk service was excellent.

This is quite a large hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was generally attentive. While the immediate surroundings aren't the most convenient, Disneyland is just a short taxi ride away.

The hotel boasts a wonderful environment, a superb location, and offers excellent value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, just three subway stops away, and they also offer a shuttle bus service. The service was excellent: they provided late-night snacks, and breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options. Our kids absolutely loved the complimentary little treats they received!
