Heyi Hotel (Shanghai Hongqiao Linkong Park Songhong Road Metro Station Branch) is simply amazing! The facilities are very new after the 2019 renovation, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The location is superb, not far from Songhong Road Metro Station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. They also offer thoughtful services like free parking, a laundry room, and luggage storage, which made my stay very comfortable. The price is also very reasonable, and they even had summer discounts, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shanghai.

The nice hotel! The location is convinient to HQ airport and metro station. There are many restaurants in SOHO place near by. The guests were a bit noisy and knocked the door badly.

The room cleaning service is very poor. They didn't clean the room even if I extended my stay. The quilt was just made up and there were hairs all over the bed. The management is terrible. I have reminded the front desk repeatedly but it still didn't work. I don't recommend it.

I chose this hotel after searching on Ctrip for a long time. The front desk staff was very friendly. 👍A few minor issues: 🙋♀️ 1. You can't drive directly into the hotel after parking.
