I requested a quiet room, but was assigned a tiny room with a narrow window, situated right in the fire escape corridor! The initial experience upon entering was already terrible. Neither the room nor the stairwell had air conditioning! The toilet in the room was quite unappealing, the air conditioner was incredibly loud, the subway felt like it was running directly above my head, and being in the fire escape corridor, there was also a constant echo. On a business trip in Pudong, the Atour hotel provided excellent service. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even assisting with a late check-out. Breakfast was quite good, and the room temperature was very comfortable. Parking was available right at the entrance. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays, especially since they also offer late-night congee.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I had a great stay. Its convenient location, very close to the subway station, made getting around incredibly easy. A truly wonderful stay. I felt incredibly happy the moment I arrived. I was so delighted to see Jackson Yee (Qianxi) merchandise at the front desk, and it was the first I'd received since arriving in Shanghai! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. The rooms were also very cozy and quiet. Its proximity to the concert venue was a huge bonus, and the subway station right next door made getting around incredibly convenient! The room was spotless. The location is fantastic, being so close to the subway station, which made getting around incredibly easy. The front desk team were also super friendly and attentive. The ground floor room had a rather strong, damp smell, and it was genuinely tiny. As I arrived in the early hours, I was simply too tired to consider changing hotels.
