The room is very clean, the clerk's service attitude is also very good, there are dryers and washing machines for regular customers to put their clothes in for washing, there are toothbrushes packaged in storage bags, and the packaging is biodegradable. A good hotel for a long stay. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket and metro nearby. It takes 40 minutes by metro to get to the center of Shanghai. The room is as shown in the photos, nice and cozy. There is everything you need: kettle, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. We talked through a translator at the reception desk, as there was no English, and we don't know Chinese. If living in the center is not a criterion for choosing a hotel, then this option is very good.

I had a good 4 nights' stay at the Pagoda Wujiaochang. Checkin / checkout was a breeze. The room is impressive - clean and comfortable with anything one may need in a hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable which is essential especially for a business traveller. Takeaway deliveries are sent up to the room by robots. And the location near the stretch of restaurants along Daxue Road and the train metro access nearby is also a plus. Overall, very good experience. Thanks.

Koreans don't know much about China University Road, but this hotel has a perfect location and surrounding infrastructure. It's really better than any other hotel. The family room for 3 adults was spacious enough, and most importantly, the interior was modern and not carpeted, so it was really clean. There was an LG washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor, so I used them well. The gym was a bit inconvenient because I had to pass the restaurant, but everything was good. The staff was friendly and they even delivered food to me. It's a bit far from the Seogahoe area, but it's near Subway Line 10 and the Waitan is a 20-minute taxi ride away. The room is exactly as pictured in the introduction, and the picture I uploaded is the view from the lobby on the 1st floor.

This hotel is spacious and comfortable, with brand-new facilities. The breakfast menu offers a delightful variety of Asian and Western-style cuisine. The hotel services are exceptional, particularly the meticulous and thoughtful front desk staff, Jason. He went above and beyond to solve all my problems with his professionalism. I will definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Shanghai.

The staff were really helpful with our requests and the free food and drinks provided in the lounge made the space really welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were clean and looked new. The location was just nice as we were walking distance from the train station with several malls around it. It was easy to get around and the hotel itself was easy to find. Overall a lovely stay for our first visit to Shanghai and we’ll definitely book here again.

Location: The location was far than I expected! It’s not located exactly near the Dabaishu station, which requires 22min by walking distance (super inconvenient especially when you had a long day after shopping - carried a lot of stuffs and walk under cold weather). Best if you could download the China map app, save a lot of your time to find the right direction get to the hotel!
Room and Cleanliness: Room floor was sticky on the first night when we arrived, we told the front desk and the guy came to clean the floor, thanks a lot! Bed was comfortable, clean and tidy.
Toilet was pretty small, there’s no space to hang our clothes at all and the door can’t even lock!
Complete amenities, they will provide complete set of toothbrushes, slippers, etc. on a daily basis.
Breakfast: Breakfast is good, although they served the same kind of breakfast everyday but it’s sufficient and reasonable, healthy and just nice.
Staff & Service: Lady staff at reception was pretty rude (Monday morning duty), I told her I’ve downloaded the China map app and there’s one feature - cab/taxi/ride that’s missing and I was not unable to book or call a cab and I request for a help, or perhaps if she could help me to call or tell me where exactly I can get a cab, and guess what that lady told me they don’t have this kind of service! What! You work under a hotel and you tell me you can’t even provide a cab service contact or airport transfer and you can’t even assist your foreign guest to book a cab?! Fortunately, on my last day of staying there’s a kind lady (two of them-Tuesday morning duty) were kind enough to help me book a cab to the airport.

NNabeijushiFacilities: As the hotel opened this year, the facilities are generally quite good. The hallways do have a smell, which I suspect is from a complete renovation.
Cleanliness: See the pictures for cleanliness. (Picture 2) I'm a man, so don't say I left it there intentionally. From a meter away, you can see a woman's long hair. (Picture 3) Under the TV, I'm not sure if it was a shoulder strap left by a woman. (Picture 4) The candy and cookie jar in the room is full of cookie crumbs. Personally, I feel like the cleanliness management is very poor.
Environment: The hotel is new and the environment is quite nice.
Service: The service was quite good. I wanted to report the issue when I checked out, but the front desk didn't ask about my stay, so I seemed to be looking for trouble.

YYuanziyuanbaoBecause I had to take the CFA online exam, I had to ensure a quiet environment and stable internet speed, so I chose to take the exam in the hotel. I communicated my situation and requirements with a beautiful lady with long eyelashes at the front desk. She was very nice and took me to see the room. I am really grateful to her. In the end, the exam was completed and passed very smoothly. The security brother was also very kind. The hardware of this newly opened serviced apartment is very OKAY. The lighting and materials can be seen to be carefully designed. The bathroom is smart. The windows are also very large, covering the entire wall, and the room is very bright. The full set of AHAVA Dead Sea mineral series for washing and care is the same as Atlantis Sanya. The price is not high, so it feels very cost-effective.

GGuest UserThe air conditioner can't be turned on. It's freezing cold. I was freezing all night. The sound insulation is very poor. I can hear the sound of cars at night and the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms during the day. Everything else is ok.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was good. The room was really nice, looking large and very clean. The maid did a good job of cleaning. I chose the smart model, which was called through Xiaodu. I tried it all and it can control the curtains, TV power on and off, the smart toilet, and the lights. Overall, it's OK. 😄 There's food and drink downstairs, which is quite convenient. I didn't realize there's no shortage of food around here until I stayed at this hotel. Hahaha. 😂 There are convenience stores and large supermarkets not far away. There's a bus at the door that can take me to wherever I want to go.
