The hotel if seeing from outside is a bit trivia, but when entering the room, you are shocked. It's so big and the view is stunning. They are really careful and mind about their job with a oxygen supplying mechanic, a warming electric mattress, and even the heater in bathroom. It also neaby many 5 star restaurant that have Yak beef that u must try. So proud of myself for finding out this cozy hotel. 100% recommend!

The place was clean and tidy. Dukezong Ancient City is just a short walk across the street, which was very convenient for us as we were driving. The owner was incredibly hospitable and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. We had originally planned to stay another day, but unfortunately, I woke up with altitude sickness and dizziness the next morning, so we had to head back.

Cleanliness: Excellent, truly spotless. The room was spacious and enjoyed excellent natural light. Its location is superb, being conveniently close to the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. Plus, there's a fantastic yak hotpot restaurant right next door! Transportation is also very convenient, making it incredibly easy to visit attractions such as Napahai Lake and Songzanlin Monastery.

The room was incredibly spacious. I felt very assured knowing that all toiletries were disposable. The complimentary snacks and fruits were exceptionally sweet! Given the high altitude, having an oxygen machine available was also a great comfort. Overall, my stay was fantastic! Plus, its proximity to the ancient town was incredibly convenient.

After hiking Tiger Leaping Gorge, we took a direct bus to Shangri-La. It was a very cold evening, and my clothes were still soaked with sweat from the hike as I hadn't had a chance to change. I felt absolutely freezing the moment I stepped off the bus. Luckily, the owner had already turned on the heating in our room, which was incredibly comforting. The room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring floor heating and an oxygen concentrator. They even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruits and snacks. Both the owner and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the free pick-up and drop-off service was truly fantastic!

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk north of the old town. Our room was very spacious. It's located on the third floor, which means climbing stairs, but the staff were incredibly helpful; they were always ready to carry our luggage if we just asked, and even helped us load our bags into the car when we checked out. The service was excellent! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved this guesthouse! It's perfectly located right near the North Gate of the Old Town, and the environment is wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind – he picked us up from the station and even helped carry our luggage to our room. The room itself was very spacious and came equipped with an oxygen machine. When we were in a hurry to catch our bus, the owner, being available, even drove us to the East Gate and helped us load our bags into the car! The service was truly phenomenal, easily deserving a 100-star rating. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shangri-La!
