1. The reception is on the eighth floor. 2. Very old facility. But somehow I like it more than those modern ones. 3. There’s no robotic food delivery. There was but I was told it wasn’t working. 4. Carpet uncleaned

The hotel is pretty close to Shenyang station and shopping area. Taiyuan pedestrian shopping street is so liveable and fun during day and night. I booked for a non smoking room but given a smoking room. After requested to change, they were happy to fulfil my request. The manager was so helpful, thank you. They don’t speak English but have no issue in communication. Next morning I’ve met the manager again in the lobby, he told the staff in the breakfast room to help me as well, she especially brought me a plate with knife and fork and showed me to a table, great service, thank you.

The location is really good! It is about 300 meters to the nearest metro station and around a 12 minute walk to Shenyang railway station. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff is also very helpful.

I was really impressed with this motel the room was large and clean, the shower had great pressure the bed, and the bed was comfortable the breakfast buffet was amazing great choice of food , I highly recommend this hotel

The pictures were were deceiving. The hotel's entrance is in a back lane, dusty and old looking. The breakfast is really they local dong bei breakfast. They provide chopsticks and Chinese spoons only. No fork, spoon & knife. Anyway we skip all hotel breakfast during our stay. The 1st room we were assigned to is so stuffy and hot, TV doesn't work, toilet blind cannot be lowered. We called the front desk and was told the hotel do not have aircon! They managed give us another room that they claim faces North n less warm. I do not recommend this hotel to foreign travelers. It's simply too run down and the noise from the doorway can be so loud and disturbing. Not value for money.

The reception staff seemed nice and friendly The room was dusty , especially someone like me with allergies I can’t stand dusty rooms The breakfast is full Chinese , not really worth it in my opinion But the overall experience was ok

Good hotel. Nice, clean, and central. The bed had a plastic bit jutting out. That scratched and almost cut my leg. That's still apparent, red and tender after 4 days. Called reception. Very helpful apologetic lady came. Brought dressing for wound. Offered to charge rooms. Brought fruit. Brought engineer. They sorted the issue. Then for personal reasons, I needed to leave earlier than 5 days. The hotel refused to refund 3 days. After trip. Com intervention, offered 2 days refund. My stay was 2 nights. So, a mixed feeling review.

excellent room services, easy for transport and shopping. Mouse pad from the hotel when they found I have a laptop with me. So sweet.
