Four Points Hotels in Shenzhen

Thanks Loyalty Manager Victoria for her warm greetings and gifts to my girls, also the staff we met were very polite. The location and facilities are two key advantages they have, and you may see the view of the Hong Kong back yard. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet could satisfy most people, but my suggestion is providing dunkel or stout, because I like them. I hope the management could renovation the rooms or spend more effort to keep the rooms being with good condition.

This hotel, newly opened this year, offers a fantastic ambiance. The housekeeping was incredibly meticulous, ensuring every corner was spotless. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, allowing for seamless video streaming without any buffering, truly creating a 'home away from home' experience. The breakfast was also very generous and varied. All in all, a stay that perfectly met my expectations.

This stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Bao'an really hit the spot for me! The location is superb; it's super convenient whether I'm heading to the airport or the subway station. The room was spotlessly clean, not a hint of any strange smell, and the bed was so soft and comfy that even I, someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, slept like a log until morning. Zoey was incredibly helpful and quick with the check-in process, and even upgraded my room for free – definitely a big thumbs up! I'll choose this hotel again for my next trip!

I chose this hotel because Trip.com mentioned it had smart toilets, but in reality, they only had automatic flushing and a warm seat function – no other advanced features. Also, why claim to use Diptyque toiletries when they clearly weren't Diptyque? On my second day, I'm not sure if the housekeeper took the shower gel after cleaning and forgot to replace it, but I only discovered it was missing when I went to shower, which was pretty annoying (it was the large-sized dispenser fixed to the wall). They also advertised turndown service, but there was none. Being a new hotel, the装修 smell was unavoidable, and it made my nose really uncomfortable; it was dry and painful for two days, even leading to tonsillitis. I truly regret not switching to the Renaissance across the street; I even suspect formaldehyde poisoning. Every morning around 10:40 AM, there would be construction or something making loud banging noises, waking me up and making it impossible to sleep in. The room cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust, especially on the black Bluetooth speaker by the bed and the appliances in the walk-in closet, where it was particularly noticeable. Regarding service, from the moment I entered the hotel, neither the concierge nor the front desk (I couldn't tell who was who) offered any greeting. When I ordered takeout one evening, the delivery person said the front desk would bring it up to my room. It took almost an hour for it to arrive. If they didn't want to deliver it, they should have just said so, and I would have picked it up myself. The person who delivered it didn't say a word either. Even for an introvert, this level of service is unacceptable. The hotel seriously needs to improve its service etiquette. Has Marriott's standard really dropped this low? I won't be choosing Sheraton again.
