Grand Skylight Hotels in Shenzhen

First off, I felt very safe. The entire building appears to be under hotel management, which adds to the security. I arrived half an hour early, initially just wanting to ask the front desk about luggage storage so I could drop my bags off and explore until check-in time. To my pleasant surprise, the front desk staff were incredibly accommodating; they not only let me check in early but also upgraded my room for free. The elevators were quite fast, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hairdryer was powerful, and all essential amenities were provided. What impressed me most was the strong security: the room doors had very robust locks, and elevator access to guest floors was key-card controlled. This attention to security truly gave me peace of mind. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. If you order delivery, a robot will bring your food up to your room for you. So cute. The TV switching on automatically is kind of annoying, not sure if there’s a way to shut it off permanently. I muted the tv and shut it off, but the next time we entered the room, the tv came on with the default video playing again with sound. Can I have some peace and quiet?

This was the warmest welcome i have ever received in. China hotel. Though the man at the desk spoke little english he used his phone to translate he showed me the room and after i booked it through trip. He upgraded me to a better bigger room . And Eva and Leo where so helpfull what ever i asked they where there to help me and guide me. Definitely will stay here again . Thank you guys .

Great hotel with dedicated staff. At the reception Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, were very professional and very knowledgeable. They made us feel special from the first moment. They gave us a great room with an amazing lake view and complimentary afternoon tea coupons. The room is very large, the bed is very comfortable. The hotel has an excellent architecture it's modern but maintains the Chinese elements. The buffet dinner was excellent with a wide selection of very delicious dishes and desserts. Our overall experience was excellent and we will definitely come back. Thank to it's dedicated staff like Jin Wang and Wu Shuang, 赖加春 who made this stay even more unforgettable. The breakfast is also rich with nice baked goods like croissant, chocolate bread, danish pastries and so on. Cheese selection is also great. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well. I stayed at Grand Skylight Haoyue Hotel for three days during the Gaokao (National College Entrance Examination) period. Throughout my stay, I was deeply impressed by the hotel's thoughtful consideration for the students taking the exam! From the encouraging pins gifted upon check-in and the motivational posters in the elevator corridors, to the light, nutritious, and varied breakfast options – every detail showed their care. Highly commendable! 👍🏻 The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. Suggestions: The design of the sink faucet could be improved, as water consistently splashes onto clothes when washing hands. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak, almost non-existent.

Check-in, service staff attitude is super good, room facilities are complete, the room is also very clean, it is also convenient to order takeout, it can be delivered to the floor. Check-in was too late, and I wanted to check out later. The front desk receptionist Xiao Zeng also helped to get a late check-out time. Thank you very much!
