My child had had a great time at the children playground and good bfast but unfortunate it was raining days during our trip, will come back again

This hotel was a truly pleasant surprise! The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, with incredibly soft bedding that ensured a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Its excellent location provides convenient transportation, with plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations and offered fantastic value for money. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

My foreign friends were extremely impressed with the Sheraton hotel. The location, facilities, and service quality were all absolutely superb. As their child attends university nearby, the transportation was incredibly convenient, making their entire family very satisfied.

I returned to the Sheraton Bolin Tianrui, and this time I had the pleasure of staying in their largest Executive Suite. It's incredibly spacious with a fantastic view of Tanglang Mountain and several newly constructed buildings below. I recall staying here a few times when they were just laying the foundations for those buildings; now they're almost complete! It truly highlights our impressive infrastructure development. The suite itself was very comfortable, and I could even get some work done efficiently. This time, my whole family came along, and we also enjoyed breakfast and afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge upstairs. Overall, the experience was excellent! The view from the 23rd floor was absolutely stunning! Miss Coral, the supervisor at the Executive Lounge, was incredibly professional and welcoming! Even though a minor issue arose, she patiently helped resolve it. Moreover, the hotel's executive manager, Ms. Michelle, was exceptionally professional and responsible, truly making us feel right at home. I'm already looking forward to my next stay! Oh, and I highly recommend the buffet dinner on the ground floor – the variety of dishes is fantastic!

For families planning a trip to Shenzhen, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's truly a hidden gem, and incredibly affordable. The friendly front desk staff even upgraded us for free. Our room was incredibly comfortable and spotless, and the presence of air purifiers on every floor was a really professional and thoughtful touch! Don't miss the renowned Chinese restaurant on the second floor; the food is incredibly delicious! As an extra treat, the staff even presented us with a large 'Jian Dui' (a traditional fried sesame ball), which was a fantastic surprise and added to the superb experience. The breakfast deserves a special mention; it was incredibly extensive and clearly not an afterthought. Please keep up this excellent standard – we're already looking forward to our next visit! And to top it all off, my son received some complimentary cookies when we checked out! My heartfelt thanks go out to the wonderful staff members who made our stay so memorable: Mia, Xiaomi, Michelle Chen, and Xiaosa. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The service was incredibly attentive, and I ended up extending my stay for three additional days. I was in room 1012. I rarely leave positive reviews, but I'm making an exception for this hotel. All interactions were very pleasant, and the breakfast was the best quality I've ever had. Overall, highly recommended.

Staff servicing is great, and the rest are standard. Dinner buffet serves many seafood with kids playgroup.

The room was a bit too close to a residential building, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. However, for a family traveling with a child for a weekend competition, the value for money was exceptional. The executive lounge provided a reliable selection of food and drinks, and considering the price, it was definitely a worthwhile stay. Service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The facilities are incredibly convenient and user-friendly! They even have robots that deliver food right to your door! You might not even find this level of robot service in some five-star hotels! Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Environment: The environment was very comfortable, and my stay was incredibly quiet. Service: The staff were exceptionally thoughtful and warm-hearted! I accidentally left some belongings behind. I had surgery scheduled for the very next day, and the staff went above and beyond, calling me multiple times to confirm the items. In the end, they even helped me courier them back! It was so considerate of them; they even wrote special notes on the package to ensure nothing got lost! I was truly touched by their kindness!

In stark contrast to the less welcoming service often encountered in Hong Kong, the service at this Shenzhen Sheraton was truly exceptional and heartwarming. I honestly can't give it anything less than a five-star review! The front desk staff saw that we arrived early and kindly had our room ready for us ahead of schedule. The housekeeping attendant noticed we enjoyed the hotel's coffee and generously provided two extra packets. They even have a robot that delivers room service, and guests can choose from a selection of pillows. I would absolutely love to stay at this hotel again. A big thank you and thumbs-up to all the Sheraton staff! To anyone planning a trip to Hong Kong, I'd honestly recommend staying here in Shenzhen instead – the Sheraton Shenzhen's service is truly outstanding.
