The location is highly suitable and convenient, making my stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel features stylish, modern décor and impressive views of the surroundings. The Club Room service is outstanding and truly enhances the overall experience. , mr . Edwin Xian is very kind and helpful . We received a warm and friendly welcome this time . we definitely stay here again

Booked a Executive Suite for celebration of birthday. Room is spacious and the view is stunning. Frontdesk staff were courteous and polite. However, the executive lounge was full of guests and is required to book in advance. When I got there at 9pm, no foods were served and only had drinks and fruits. The overall experience was good as compared with other brands of 5 stars hotel like St. Regis and Intercontinental.

The hotel is at the top floor on the building, the lobby is at 43/floor, and all rooms come with nice view. The location is perfect, the shopping mall is just next to the hotel and around 5 mins walking distance to the metro.

Reception service was polite and efficient, room set up and window view was comfortable and lesaur.

Thanks for the room upgrade, we have spend a wonderful wedding anniversary night here. The room is clean and comfortable, will definitely visit again next time.

The service was disappointing from the start. Our room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time, and the check-in queue was incredibly long. The staff's attitude was generally subpar, certainly not reflecting a five-star standard. Prior to our arrival, we had communicated with the hotel about a birthday setup and a room upgrade. Unfortunately, neither of these requests was fulfilled; all we received was a simple towel cake, which was a huge letdown. Although they have room service robots, they are extremely slow, often taking over 30 minutes. By the time the food finally arrived, it was already cold, rendering the service utterly pointless.

This was my first time staying in such a high-rise hotel, and the commanding views made for a truly exceptional experience. The breakfast was also excellent and very diverse. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the commercial district. I'd especially like to commend Mr. Edwin Xian at the front desk; his service attitude was absolutely outstanding.

Location: Strategically situated in the city center, the hotel offers superb convenience for shopping, dining, and subway access. The hotel lobby is both comfortable and stylish, with pleasant views from the window, creating a truly relaxing ambiance. Hygiene: The entire hotel was well-maintained, and the air felt fresh and pleasant. Service: Every single member of the hotel staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. ❤️ I would certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit. My child thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool, and we were particularly touched by how accommodating and understanding both the staff and other guests were – we truly appreciate that no one complained! We had a wonderful time and felt completely at ease throughout our stay. 😌 The complimentary selection of teas and MILANGOLO coffee capsules was a wonderful touch; the coffee, in particular, was excellent and a great time-saver. The hotel's takeout delivery service was also excellent, with robots even assisting to bring orders directly to our room.

Worst experience with Marriott ever had. Services were bad, room looks outdated. Anyways, location is good, walking distance to everything.
