I’m seriously impressed! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. My room was super cozy and clean, with a comfy bed that I didn’t want to leave. The view from the balcony was amazing, perfect for morning coffee. Everything was so convenient, from the location to the amenities. Definitely coming back next time

The location of the hotel is ok because it was close to the factory I was going to visit. There is train station within walking distance. However, the hotel does not have their own restaurant which makes it hard for a business traveller. There is a restaurant in the same building but it is very expensive. The staff does not speak English. They are not very helpful too. At times, I found them to be rude. They do no even greet customers. The cleanliness is excellent. No issues on that front. They have a laundry service but they don't dry your clothes. When questioned, the staff's reply was like this. "We are only responsible for washing your clothes. We are not responsible for drying them". The good thing is that they have a laundry at 2nd floor where you can wash and dry your clothes for 20RMB. The breakfast is good but repeatative. I was staying for 10 days. It was boring.

It is 11 o’clock in the evening on July 22, and I checked in around 9 or 10 o’clock in the evening. I came to Shenzhen on a business trip today. My brother works in Shenzhen. It happened that my brother picked me and his colleagues and a group of three people had dinner at the chef’s wife’s house next to the hotel. We checked into this hotel nearby, and the disgusting things started. 1. Because my things were very heavy, my brother helped me carry them to the hotel and stood by to wait for me to check in. The front desk clerk asked: Do you want to check in, men? Me: No. Waiter: You also need to register and swipe your card to go upstairs. Me: … (but my inner stupidity has begun to itch) Seeing that I didn’t say anything, the waiter asked again: Do you want to go upstairs, men? Me: No (completely speechless) 2. I booked a standard double room, and there were obviously many vacant rooms, not to mention that my order also had the right to upgrade the room type, but I was not upgraded. After taking the elevator up, I found that I was assigned the room at the end (it was really far for people carrying heavy objects). I was shocked when I opened the door. Just looking at the schematic diagram of room 870, you can see how irregular the wall is, and it makes people feel physically uncomfortable. The aisle is very narrow because of the irregular wall, and something like a table is placed in the aisle of the entrance door, resulting in the aisle only wide enough for one person to pass. The toilet inside is also irregular, and it is actually a solid wall that is half-circular, which is completely different from the schematic diagram of the room type I booked. 3. So I called the front desk, and after the call was connected, I asked if the room type I booked was the only room? Waiter: (As if he didn't understand what I was saying) This is the room you booked. Me: You mean your hotel only has one room of each room type, right? Waiter: No, but this is the room type I booked. Me: I don’t want the room at the end, okay? Can you change me to another one? Waiter: Then come down. (I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered a guest who was asked to go down by himself. I thought that the aunt would come up to take me to choose an empty room, and then the front desk would issue the card and send it up.) Here I will explain why I was so angry about asking me to come back next time, because my things were very heavy, and there were only two elevators in his house, and one was broken. It is no exaggeration to say that it takes at least six minutes to wait for an elevator. It took me nearly half an hour from checking in to changing rooms to actually checking in. You can imagine how difficult it is to wait for the elevator. 4. Finally, I was changed to 853. As shown in the picture, it is a very normal room, and it is similar to the hotel sales interface diagram. I wanted to take a picture of 870 to show you, but they quickly asked the aunt to pack up 870, and I didn’t have time to take a picture. So I want to ask, I spent more than 200 yuan a night to stay in your hotel. When there are obviously many empty rooms, what does it mean to specially pick a room in a corner for guests to stay in? ? ? The attitude of the waiter is so bad. This is to go out to work, not to be a little princess at home. Can the service industry have a little service awareness? ? ? I will never stay in this hotel again in my life.

Although the decoration is outdated, the room does not look old, it is clean and hygienic, but the ventilation is not very good, there is a bit of smell, the deluxe room is not bigger than the superior room, but the window is bigger and faces Dayan Mountain, if you open the window, there is the sound of cars on Guangqiao Road downstairs, which affects the rest, the breakfast is simple and not much, the staff will clean up the garbage food in advance when eating, interspersed between the tables, which is not very standardized, the shower is very comfortable, the water volume is large, it is not convenient to enter and exit the hotel gate, the railings at the car are very tightly sealed, there are several stairs on the walking path, it is very inconvenient to get the luggage up and down.
