The rooms were pretty good, and the free airport shuttle service was very convenient. It was a comfortable stay, and the hotel is very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The front desk staff, especially the lady at counter #6, was very patient and helpful with issuing the invoice. Thumbs up!

LOVEEEEEEE! Oh my goodness,I can't say anything rather than in loveeeeee! The place is soo nice and nearby the airport (took bout 10 minutes and the hotel give a free ride!Just need to reserve it upon checking in) So the whole area is kinda far from anything,but you can go to the Walmart and nearby area by Didi so it's fine, I love that there's a tea spot for us (like a really nice tea sets not just the mediocre set, and the bath tub oh my god,love ittt, there are bath tub covers for you to use) for me it's great to be here for our last day in china and just for the Muslims, the muslims food is kinda far but you can just order from ******* and you will be fine! Will book the hotel again if I ever comeback to Shenzhen! Thank you for the great service from the front desk (she's sooo kind and sweet) ! 5 star and no regret!

Clean & near to Airport, Free Airport transfer

The room was spotless. The front desk staff, especially employee #3, was incredibly polite and helpful. It's conveniently located near the airport with easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

I stayed in a promotional room this time. Although its location was tucked away at the very end of the corridor, the amenities were comparable to other rooms and it was well-stocked. Front desk staff member #8 provided excellent service; they were patient and even informed me about the room's specific location before check-in, which was very thoughtful. The hotel environment was pleasant, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. It offered great value for money, the room was spotless, with clean sheets and a comfortable mattress, and the staff were friendly. The complimentary airport shuttle service (if booked in advance) was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient for my flight the next morning.

Even though we arrived at the airport at 2 AM, our driver was already waiting for us in the parking lot. His service was excellent, and we got to the hotel very quickly, which made our late-night arrival incredibly convenient. The room facilities were also brand new, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. They even provided thoughtful amenities like disposable toilet seat covers and towels. Overall, it offered exceptional value for money, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The place is very near to the airport and some really local local and good value food beside the hotel. A little distance to walk from the train station. Our room is located at a weird place behind the door out at staircase. But overall all is good. Plus point is the airport transfer. Really efficient and the front desk is really superb. Keep it up, will be using this hotel again for early morning flight.

Reception is not helpful and rude. Room doing ok, asked for the airport transportation to wait for 1 minute but reception can’t be bothered and rudely rejected.

I booked a king room, but they unilaterally changed it to a standard twin room (the one shown in the pictures), which was completely different from what was advertised. The hotel switched my booked room without my consent, and to make matters worse, the front desk's response was incredibly dismissive – essentially, a 'take it or leave it' attitude!

The room was very clean and spacious. I was originally hoping for a Kuromi keychain, but they had run out, so they gave me a cute little towel bear instead. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The bathroom lighting was excellent, even featuring a cool light option. When all the lights were on, it was incredibly bright, perfect for applying makeup. The location is great, with plenty of dining options nearby, including chain restaurants and a cinema.
