Facilities are good and convenient, the front counter staff Cici is friendly.

Fabulous view! In front of Talent park and Sport center we git the highest level and I couldn’t not enjoy from the large glass of the room. All equipment are there. Must try at least ones. Breakfast with lots of varieties.

The staff of the hotel was very polite and helpful, especially remembered Ella’s professional and personalised attitude. The breakfasts are really good. the pool on the 12th floor is with stunning view. Totally recommend.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster! I was completely misled by Ctrip's five-star rating and the heavily edited photos. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place! The area downstairs was chaotic; walking from the parking lot to the lobby, all I saw were KTVs and e-sports hotels, which was a far cry from the ambiance you'd expect from a five-star hotel. It claims to be a five-star hotel, but the actual experience was, at best, three-star! I really don't understand how a hotel like this could ever be rated five stars. I'll never trust Ctrip's five-star ratings again; they're completely unreliable. The room reeked of pungent smoke the moment I opened the door, and the cleanliness was extremely questionable. The desk was covered in stubborn cup rings that couldn't be wiped away, and it felt like the bathroom and toilet hadn't been properly cleaned at all. This was a huge disappointment, and I'm sharing my experience so others don't make the same mistake and can steer clear!

Nice hotel。veey big rooms, amenities are ok. The swimming pool isn't made for chilling by its side but the gym is shqred with a club and amazing equipment. If you train it's the best facility in town.

Getting around from here is super convenient. The subway is right outside the door, and there's even a direct elevator from the subway level straight up. You can easily reach places like Dameisha, Xiaomeisha, and the airport. Dining options nearby are also plentiful. The hotel's cleanliness is great, and they even have an infinity pool. Definitely excellent value for money!

The room was exceptionally spacious, a true rarity for a hotel in a prime, bustling area of Shenzhen! The location is superb; the subway station is directly accessible from the hotel's B2 level, making it incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with direct access to the metro. You can enjoy views of Shenzhen Bay and the Chunshun Tower from the rooms. The rooms are spacious, and overall, I was very satisfied. The only minor inconvenience is that the front desk is on the 13th floor, which requires an elevator transfer.

Staying here for a concert was incredibly convenient. It's super close to the stadium, and MixC World and Talent Park are also just a short walk away. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with Houhai Subway Station's Exit F right at its doorstep. It's also incredibly close to MixC World. The room views are exceptional, and the hotel's overall design and layout are very well thought out. This was a truly satisfying experience!

I booked this room for the David Tao concert. It's conveniently located right next to the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center (Chunjian). The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent – you can spot it right after exiting Houhai Station. The bed was super comfortable. Walking to the concert venue only took a few minutes, or you could grab a shared bike if you preferred not to walk. The best part about the convenient location was not having to brave the crowded subway after the concert; I could just stroll back, humming a tune. The air conditioning in the room was also very powerful – almost *too* powerful! I actually had to set it to 31 degrees Celsius to sleep comfortably. Shenzhen is a fantastic city, and its urban management is truly impressive. Even on the subway, there were always staff members ready to assist with large luggage. All in all, this two-day, one-night trip was wonderful, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Super convenient location, right next to the subway station and very close to Chunshun. The hotel building is tall, and the rooms are quite spacious. My only complaint was a musty smell in the room, likely caused by the recent heavy rainfall.

The room was pretty good. The hotel lobby and restaurant are both located on the 13th floor. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective; even after running it all afternoon, the room was still 27 degrees Celsius!
