I've never slept on such a hard spring mattress before. You could literally feel every single spring poking through the mattress just by lying down. It was so uncomfortable that we didn't get any sleep all night and woke up with terrible backaches. To make matters worse, as soon as we entered the room, there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant. The bedding was torn, and even the chair was broken. The entire experience was truly awful; it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever encountered. When we checked in, the hotel lobby was under renovation, and the front desk was just a makeshift setup in a temporary space. It was utterly ridiculous.

In the fact, hotel is absolutely different from description on the site. Our room was very dirty with footprints on the floor and cutted nails. We were so tired to try to change another room. Furthermore, there is no reception, just a man, sitting in the small shop at the bottom of the building. It seems like building is under reconstruction but still every thing is very old. In the discription of the room was mentioned that there is a hair dryer, but in the fact, it is not. Staff doesn’t speak english!! I payed 3400 rubles for this room, so expensive for this!!!

Upon check-in, the hotel front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a suite for free when they saw we had a child with us. They even provided children's toothbrushes and slippers, which was incredibly thoughtful! We had a great overall experience and, with the helpful coordination of staff members Xiao Xie and Xiao Li, we extended our stay for another night. The service attitude was excellent. While the hotel's exterior might not be particularly eye-catching, the room facilities are quite complete and well-maintained. The toiletries and towels, all branded with the hotel's name, were also relatively new, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. Our child even wanted to stay longer! Being right next to a police station definitely added to our sense of security. 😂 It's also very close to Zhuzilin subway station, with plenty of convenient dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. The hotel is excellent in every aspect, located just over 200 meters from the subway station! The surrounding area offers plenty of delicious food options in the evening, perfect for daily culinary explorations. The overall environment was excellent, the location was superb, and there were plenty of shops nearby. However, the elevator was a major issue. At night, the air conditioning was turned off, making it unbearably stuffy and hot. I suspect this isn't the hotel's direct fault, but rather the building's property management being incredibly stingy. It was so stifling that even wearing a mask felt unbearable, and to top it off, I got three nasty mosquito bites on one side of my face. It was absolutely infuriating! A truly disappointing stay. Waiting for the elevator felt like an eternity. The hotel's general environment was subpar, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor with inadequate cleaning. The service is very poor. No one talk in English and so difficult to understand. The room so dirty specially the floor. They never clean it. I had to do it by myself with th three small towels. The air conditioner is so difficult to turn on because the remote is in Chinese and also you don’t know where the split is. The mattress is so hard to sleep, because you feel all the spring and is like having a wood. The concierge never say good morning to any of us when waiting the elevator. The location is very convenient so close to Metro and some of restaurants only crossing the streets. Not recommended for kids and so noisy the room next to us.

Our room was dirty and also had VERY strong smoking odor, as if someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes in the room just before we arrived, despite the fact that it claimed as non-smoking. On the other hand, location is good and a convenient store is located in front of the hotel building.
