"The location is strategic, near to restaurants and convenient store. Need to deal with hotel staff thru WhatsApp. It did have me a good impression where they will WhatsApp you to share info. before your staying. However, I was not satisfied as no reply was received when raised issue to them. The bed is not clean as we found hairs on the first day. And I feel itchy when I covered using their blanket. However, they did provided room cleaning service everyday. It’s located at the roadside so it’s not advisable for light sleepers. In overall is ok but I will not going to revisit again."

"Stayed at UH Suite The Haeundae and honestly, I’d totally recommend it to friends. The beachfront room is 100% worth it; waking up to the ocean view right in front of you is such a vibe, especially in the morning and at sunset. The room itself is clean, modern, and quite spacious compared to typical stays in the area. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall design feels cozy but still stylish. Location is also a huge plus, just steps away from Haeundae Beach, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. Service was smooth and hassle-free, and check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value. If you’re going to Busan, I’d definitely say go for the ocean view room, it really makes the whole experience."

"Great hotel if you need to get to the airport quickly but not much else nearby. The park near the river is quite beautiful in Spring though. Not many places to eat nearby so be prepared to buy snack foods at the nearby CU. They offer free shuttle to the airport but you'll need to book this in advance at the front desk. The rooms were clean and massive by Korean standards. Some rooms have a giant bath too, and a hanging dryer for damp clothes. Overall, great hotel to stay for a night."

"Stayed in this hotel for a night as I had a very early flight to catch the next day The room was clean albeit old in its decorative taste. I appreciated the size of the room - large enough for several suitcases to be layed open on the ground for easy of packing. The toilet came with a heated bidet, shower and a jacuzzi large enough for 2 persons - this was a treat. The biggest plus point of the hotel was that it's located extremely conveniently - 1 min walk to the train station, and just a stop away from Gimhae Int'l Airport. I was able to go from the hotel lobby to Gimhae airport in 15mins, which is record new for me. Check the train arrival timings at the station if you intend to catch the first train."

"My wife, 9 yr old son and I really like this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Convenience store and morning coffee 1 minute walk from lobby. Front desk staff were very kind. However, our experience would have been better if: 1) coffee mugs were provided in room 2) pillows were of better quality. Only one pillow per person that was provided in room was less than ideal 3) child sleeping mattress was age/size appropriate. The tiny mat and tiny pillow were suitable for a 4 year old. I’m sure these issues could have been resolved if we communicated better and there was more time to discuss with the staff."

"Getting there by taxi, it was a bit hard to find the entrance at first. We had to ask at a hotel on the third floor to get directions. You need to enter through the hall next door, and the front desk is on B4. After checking in, the lovely lady at the front desk accompanied us to the elevator to our room on the 89th floor. The room was very spacious, with beautiful sea views right outside. The three of us were very comfortable, it felt just like home – excellent! We'll definitely stay here again next time. (Just a note: no housekeeper came to clean on our second day. We checked out on the third day and didn't ask, but if you need cleaning, I'd recommend checking with the front desk beforehand.)"
