Amazing hotel! We came for a conference for 30 people! From the organizational viewpoint, everything was at a top notch level! Staff very helpful and professional. From check-in to check-out the process was swift and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Musa, and wonderful ladies at front desk Guliza, Aida, Mariam and Dilnoza. They were very kind and helpful. Food and beverage were very tasteful and provided a vast choice.

The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Dear Musa. The hotel's design is excellent. The food is also very good. I was especially pleased to have receptionists who spoke both English and Turkish.

Lovely experience the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options. I highly recommend you speak with Ademi, Zhanat, Dilnoza, and Bota from the front desk. They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The staff was always friendly especially reception girls Adema and Dilnoz, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the services fully met my expectations also the food was amazing . I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mustafa from the staff for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he truly made my stay more enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially to Mr. Mustafa for his warm hospitality. We just visited Rixos Hadisha Shymkent in the previous month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. The cultural experience at Rixos Shymkent left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. I would like to say that my trip was spoiled by staff members. Stuff of the hotel hates children in general. We have 8 years old girl and our friends as well, all the time we got some absolutely ridiculous comments that children can not eat in the bar area, that they can not move chairs and there is even a sign that chairs can not be moved even by 5 cm. When I went to the reception area, they kicked out our children from that area. When I asked to speak to top managers, at first they said that he is not available but then a person named Evgeniy showed up and he was so rude. To all our complains he said don’t come to this hotel if you don’t like it What type of service is this?!? And would understand if our girls were some how behaving in a wrong way, but they were just sitting and drawing. This is a good hotel with absolutely NO Service at all! I DO NOT recommend it to anyone!!!!

It is always nice to visit this hotel . I stay on this hotel on a continuous base. Rooms are clean , personnel are friendly and helpful. Especially Musa and Latif are always providing the utmost attention and always resolving problems . At Meat and Sea restaurant you can have the best steak in town .

This hotel is gorgeous and has an amazing interior courtyard where you can relax day and night, have tea or light snacks and drinks. Staff was nice and helpful, not overly friendly like we've encountered in the rest of the country, but helpful and pleasant. The rooms could use some updates. There was a significant amount of chipped paint, water damage, and other wear and tear that doesn't really fit the Rixos brand. Bed was comfortable and linens were fresh. Bathroom functioned perfectly. Breakfast was delicious. Staff could have been much friendly during breakfast. They were definitely not up to par with Rixos standards either. Not sure we would stay here again as there are other options in the city, but we had a fine stay.

Great time at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent! Spotlessly clean rooms, great location and great staff. I recommend! I recently visited the Rixos Khadisha Shymkent hotel in the beautiful city of Shymkent, and I would like to share my impressions. The time spent at this hotel was unforgettable, and I am sure that you will also be delighted with this place. My time at the hotel was simply amazing. Immediately upon arrival I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness of the room. Everything was so neat and tidy that I had no doubt that the hotel pays great attention to hygiene. I could enjoy my stay in a comfortable and clean environment. Rixos Khadisha Shymkent is in an ideal location. It is literally within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and attractions, making it an ideal choice for travelers. I could easily explore the city and enjoy all its delights without spending a lot of time moving around. As for vacation metrics, I appreciated the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help. They did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, the hotel's cuisine also deserves praise.
