The hotel's location is super convenient, right above a subway station, making it incredibly easy to get to landmarks like Chinatown. There are tons of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The rooms are comfortable, and the housekeeping service is attentive and thorough. My parents and I traveled together this time, and they were really happy, thank you! ๑•́₃•̀๑

The hotel's location is excellent. Just turn right out of the lobby and you're at the subway entrance, which offers direct access to Marina Bay, Orchard Road, and Chinatown, all just three or four stops away. Within 500 meters, there's the Great World City mall with a wide variety of food options, including popular spots like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Coconut. The hotel service was also great; they even sent a small cake to my room on my birthday. The room size is a rarity in Singapore, and it came with a direct drinking water tap. Self check-out was also very convenient.

This hotel has very obvious pros and cons. The biggest advantage is the spacious rooms and the option of a 1.5m double bed + 1m single bed, which is comfortable for two adults and can even accommodate three, a rare find in Singapore! The hotel is also very close to the MRT station, practically built right on top of it. You just need to cut through a dilapidated mall next door to reach the MRT entrance. However, the TEL line, while convenient for Garden by the Bay and East Coast, requires transfers to get to other places. Transfers in Singapore are a pain; each one feels like walking a whole station's distance… There's a decent Great World mall about a 10-minute walk away, which is a Kerry property. This 10-minute walk is equivalent to one MRT stop… The downsides are that the rooms are old and have a musty smell. The facilities are also twenty years outdated. The air conditioning is old too, lacking features like fresh air or dehumidification, and it's quite noisy. It's no exaggeration to say that even dry clothes hung in the wardrobe for a few days feel damp… Additionally, the hotel staff's attitude is quite average. Housekeeping isn't thorough or professional, and the front desk staff are more often scowling than smiling. They don't actively greet guests in the hallway. The breakfast offers a lot of choices visually, but there are actually few edible options. The noodles require you to blanch them yourself, and again, the staff's attitude is the problem… Also, the rundown mall connected to the MRT has karaoke bars, and passing by at night, you hear some rather 'thunderous' (cringey) singing. If it weren't for this room configuration, there really would be no reason to choose this hotel…

My daughters enjoyed their stay at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. The three of them were able to share a non-smoking room together and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and courteous. There is a laundromat on site. The hotel location was also excellent.

Location is very convenient next to the mrt, will have to navigate through the mall but the signs on the floor will clearly guide you to the hotel. Room has a musky smell and bed maybe not very clean as was having some itches during the night BUT the hotel staffs are very nice and prompt when notified them at around 10pm+ and they assisted us to change to another room which is so much better and resolves our issues quickly. Really appreciate the staffs for helping us in the middle of the night.

The hotel is very old and had a bad carpet smell when entering the corridor of the hotel rooms. My daughter's asthma was triggerred after a night stay at the hotel. The toilets were old and not refurbished. And to add on the counter staffs had a very poor attitude and refused check in with singpass. Regretted booking this hotel.

The front desk did not greet me when I was checking in. She avoided eye contact and was chatting with her colleague. Also did not ask me to wait while helping her colleague who had some issues.

The triple room was not ready during check-in on 15:40. Afterthat we were waiting for another hour to get into room.  The corridor & room is old, renovation is needed. Toilet equipment is short and aged.

Our experience for a short staycation was really great.Foodand service quality was superb.Room was excellent and the staff was very helpful from the bell boy up to housekeeping knows their role to make us have a pleasant stay .We had a good time together thanks to the hotel  F&B team who implemented free breakfast below. 12 yrs old for the kids.We are looking forward to stay at other Holiday Inn hotels as this trip have been a memorable ones
