Excellent! It's close to the sea and in the heart of the old town, very convenient. Parking is difficult in the old town, but the hotel offers valet parking. Parking plus a valet fee is 25 euros, which I think is reasonable. Recommended.

It's located in an old house on Ortigia Island and is definitely worth a visit. The only downside is that the toilet is too small; it's a bit cramped.

The guesthouse has a good location, close to the attractions, and the breakfast is good. However, if you're driving, you'll need to park outside the village, which is quite a distance. Taking a taxi will solve the problem.

The room was very comfortable. I had a room all to myself on the floor, so I didn't have to worry about soundproofing at all. The location was excellent, right near the beach. There was also a kitchen and a balcony where you could wash and dry your clothes. The bathroom facilities were great! I highly recommend this room! However, you must check out at 10:30 PM, and there's no daily cleaning, which is like a guesthouse, but it doesn't detract from the wonderful experience! The service was excellent; they proactively helped with my luggage and even called a taxi for me.

Great apartment. Great location. Everywhere nearby. Comfortable bed and sofa. Kitchenette available. The terrace is a plus. Beautiful flowers on the terrace. The only minus is the hideous, shabby looking table and chairs. And it would be enough to paint it. Several minutes of work.

This island is very beautiful, but the parking lot is a little far away, the hotel has a strong sense of art, and the front desk has a good attitude, but the sea view is tasteless.

The accommodation is very special because it is located in a historic building and has been renovated in an exemplary manner. This gives it a very special charm!

Room 7 was great, room 14 was a bit small, shower was small and a bit cramped, good location

They assigned us an apartment that was not the one booked (it was very uncomfortable and noisy) with the excuse of an upgrade that had not been requested or communicated at check in. They had given us a standard apartment instead of the deluxe, after my complaint was changed but after much insistence.

L' Hotel avrebbe tutte le carte per essere un più che ottimo hotel 4 stelle Posizione nel centro storico, di fronte al bagno ebraico,in un bellissimo palazzo storico. La zona è molto tranquilla, ma non lontana da locali e movida. Un museo nel museo con macchine cinemagrafiche, pellicole e cartelloni d'epoca. Di fronte a tanta cura si perdono nei piccoli dettagli che, però, fanno la differenza: Il porta salviette, il tubo della doccia e la testata del letto erano arrugginiti e la tenda rotta. Abbiamo fatto segnalazione in reception ma nulla è stato fatto. spero, solo perché abbiamo soggiornato per una notte.
