The hotel lobby is humid especially during hot day. Jkt is hot day most day. Gym only opened 6am-10pm Lift lobby on each room floor is humid and no aircon. As soon as you step into the hotel entrance, into the lift and out of the lift lobby before entering the room, the area has a musky smell and can be unbearable. To add on, there is no aircon along the lift corridor. Morning breakfast is quite limited. Indonesian cuisine selection is limited, international cuisine also limited. Inside the room, they do not provide any drinking bottles. There is water dispensing container but I am not sure if the container is clean and safe for drinking. So in the end I buy my own bottled water. The towel provided were well washed and over used, also smelly. Just like these towels just hot from the laundry and not propered air. Basically I just find the hotel condition IS OLD and not well maintained.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful :) They provide excellent service and hospitality. Hotel room is spacious, can open up 2 medium luggage at the study area. Detergent is provided if you planning to do laundry in your hotel room. I have joined their sunday morning yoga class in the morning at their gym room. Overall experience is good and we love it very much, will definitely go back again!

Good service and always ready to serve. Special shout out to Concierge team who tirelessly helped us to bring our grab food up to our room. Reception team were spontaneous with our request.  Well done!! Will stay again in Ascott chain as Ascot Sudirman team has painted and portrayed exemplary attitude.:)

First time I stayed and would recommend for business travelers and also family also. Room service was amazing, room space also great with spacious working desk and enough space in the room. Staff are very friendly and well trained. I would stay again!!

Meet the expectation, is within walking distance to Lotte Mall, standby taxi, has a Family Mart besides the apartment building and friendly staff yet the breakfast a bit boring.

Clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that they took 15min to send me a simple shaving kit when I was rushing for time. I had to call 3 times to get it sent up to me. Should have left such a basic amenity in the room for a male traveller.

Ascott Sudirman Jakarta is a great spot with friendly staff and comfy, spacious rooms. It’s in a handy location close to shops and restaurants and not noisy. The hotel has nice facilities like a pool and gym. More breakfast option will be great, overall, it’s a good choice for both families and business.

Stayed for one night and the room was very spacious and the bed for very comfortable. Bathroom was squeaky clean and toilet had a bidet (yay!). Location wise as well was easy to find as we were driving and there are a few malls located within the vicinity. Unfortunately, the aircon in our room somehow died in the middle of the night so I woke up at around 3am and was suddenly sweating. Thankfully (and gratefully), we managed to call guest services and they sent a technician to our room to fix the issue. Strangely, the room services was not open at 9am (or was it 10am?) which was a bit disappointing because we had hoped to order breakfast from room service before checking out but alas. Staff was friendly and helpful and there was complimentary parking since we were driving. Forgot to take photos because we checked in really late (almost close to midnight) and was exhausted from driving back from Yogyakarta but generally great stay overall.
