Amazing
GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, especially in heavy snow. When the roads are covered in slush, it's a huge relief that this hotel has direct access from JR, so you don't even have to go outside. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, and the view is great – the west-facing scenery is particularly beautiful.
Ttimothychan77Superb onsen hotel with very chill lounge. Food was great and location is good. Ample parking spaces. Room was quite spacious with own private onsen. Public onsen is also very decent. Good place to stay in Jozankei 👍🏻
GGuest UserRoom is small, but manageable for our family of three. Good location. We did self drive and having their own carpark next to hotel is a plus, 2000yen per 24hrs is reasonable. Onsen is small but still adequate. The hotel staff and carpark people are friendly have helpful. Will definitely consider this hotel when I’m back in Sapporo.

MM741967****My experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo exceeded expectations. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino commercial district, making sightseeing and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms are modernly designed with expansive views, and the bedding comfort is top-notch. The front desk staff are fluent in English and proactively offered maps and transportation advice, providing thoughtful and professional service. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both Japanese and Western options. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice for an efficient and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back.

GGuest UserThis hostel is super chill, I think it's the best one I've stayed at so far. First off, it's incredibly well-equipped; bath towels, toiletries, pajamas – you name it, they have it. The hostel uses a dual-elevator system to separate guests from visitors, which effectively prevents visitors with wet shoes from affecting the cleanliness of the guest elevators. There's also a free sauna on the 4th floor, which is really relaxing. Overall, I think this hostel deserves a full five-star rating, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends visiting Sapporo.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.

Very Good
MM353997****I booked a triple room for a trip with my parents. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very efficient and convenient. We were assigned a higher floor, so the view from the window was great and it wasn't noisy.
What we were most satisfied with were the hotel's breakfast and hot springs. The hotel has three distinct restaurants, and the breakfast quality was truly excellent. We were lucky enough to stay for four nights, so we got to try breakfast at each restaurant, and every one of them deserves a 5-star rating. The only minor flaw (a personal preference) was that there was no freshly ground coffee; the coffee was served from a thermos, and the taste was slightly lacking.
The hot springs are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and the environment is lovely. When we visited, there were very few people, allowing us to fully enjoy the hot springs and sauna.

KKODAIIt was my first visit in 18 years, since my elementary school field trip.
The facilities are a little old, but the hospitality was evident in the rooms, restaurant, pool, and spa. I was also pleased with the welcome sweets. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again, and I was very satisfied.
GGuest UserIt’s a more traditional and older ryokan so it tends to have older furniture and rooms that may not be the cleanest.
The onsen was lovely and service was good with a convenient gift shop on the first floor. Walkable to a small street with a couple of gift shops a few food places
