"Modern Comfort with Exceptional Service.
We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time."

Amazing
JJiaoxilaoshiThis is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.
Cchet_l91Dinner: Kaiseki Ryori: We stayed for two nights, and the kaiseki dinner on the first night wasn't very good; the taste was mediocre, and some of the pairings just didn't work. The second night, I didn't want sashimi, so I asked the hotel if everything could be cooked, and it turned out to be surprisingly better than the first night. Meanwhile, I saw the people next to us still getting various sashimi dishes.
GGuest UserSeven years ago, I stayed at a hotel directly across from Jozankei. While strolling nearby, I took a picture of a ryokan because its exterior was so beautiful. By chance, I ended up booking that very ryokan and came here. Not only the exterior, but the interior was also more stunning than I could have imagined. From the lobby to the hallways and lounges, everything has a delicate yet ideal design, and the room was so much to my liking that I felt like I could live there. I've stayed in countless hotels over the years, but this one was the best. The only slight disappointment was that I didn't find the kaiseki particularly delicious. Personally, I can't recall anything special about it besides the shrimp. However, the breakfast was great as it offered a wide variety of options. I definitely plan to revisit in the future.
CCaifujiankanggaojingzhizichanpeizhizhuanjiaThe room was large and clean, and the hot spring facilities were excellent with a huge space. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including unlimited domestic Japanese wagyu beef grilled fresh on the spot. For the same amount of steak, I would pay 10,000 yen for just 6 small pieces at Hokkai-En Yakiniku in Niseko town. The pizzas were also made to order. They even poured champagne from a brand new bottle into clean glasses for us. And the price was very reasonable; I even wondered if there was a mistake in the bill, haha! 😄
AAnonymous UserThe location is quite convenient, not too far from the subway station, but it would be a struggle with luggage if it snows. The room is a bit small; we couldn't fully open two 28-inch suitcases, though the hotel itself is very new. The room window either overlooks a construction site (a view of the urban village) or faces the road. It's fine if you're just traveling and only need a place to sleep at night. The price of this hotel fluctuates quite a lot; it might even be cheaper to book night by night.
The room was clean, but there was an unknown liquid on the remote control that hadn't been cleaned off. I suggest they pay more attention to details like this.
AAnonymous UserLocation: If you couldn't book the hotel's free shuttle or the Kappa Liner bus, you can take rapid bus #7 or #8 from Sapporo city center to Daiichi Hotel Mae, and the hotel is right there. There's also a bus to Sapporo Ski Resort that stops at the same platform.
Room Amenities: The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and it even had its own private hot spring bath.
I booked a package that included breakfast and dinner. The food was just okay, but there was a self-service bar and some snacks.
NNovak001The location is fantastic! You can access Tanukikoji shopping street directly from the back door, and it's a short walk to places like the prefectural office. The room was spacious, and the breakfast curry rice was delicious, especially with an onsen egg (mostly because Hokkaido rice is so good!). Coming back after a day out and having a soak in the large public bath on the top floor was incredibly relaxing.

Great
Rrogerzhang911The hotel's location is great, quite close to the JR station. It's a five-minute walk to Daimaru. Although the room is small, it has everything you need, and the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly! I arrived at noon that day, and they arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciate!
HHera SzGreat stay, comfortable hotel and very pleasant amenities . The only annoyance até those HK tourists, very annoying misbehaving and speaking super loud and not following the onsen protocols, rushing for a spot in the tub . Be mentally prepared for those annoying tourists .
Hotel is great and so is the staff. I would stay again .

Very Good
GGuest UserI had to go to a conference, but I wanted to make some fun memories for my kids, so I stayed here with them, as it has a pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs.
