Upon arrival, we were welcomed with mango tea. Our luggage was promptly taken care of, and before we even entered our room, we received a detailed explanation of the hotel facilities. There's a lounge next to the entrance with complimentary snacks and drinks. In the evening, light meals like instant congee are also available, making it a very satisfying lounge. The rooms aren't overly luxurious, but they have a simple yet stylish ambiance, making you wish your own home felt as warm and well-designed. The view from the room overlooks a valley and a river, with a hot spring bath right by the window. The hot spring bath itself is chic, and despite being an in-room bath, it's spacious and clean. However, the water was so incredibly hot, and there was so much of it, that I couldn't even dilute it with cold water, so I ended up using the hot spring on the first floor instead. In the evening, there was an event, and we visited a shrine in Jozankei. We received free tickets for August 7, 2026. It was beautiful and highly recommended, just a short walk away. Dinner was delicious, but not particularly impressive. Perhaps that's because I've stayed at so many different hotels. Overall, it's a hotel I'd like to visit again.

This is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk from the East Exit of JR Sapporo Station, making it super convenient to get to places like Hokkaido University and Odori Park – all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel service is exceptional; every staff member proactively greets guests and asks if they need any assistance. The rooms are spotless! During our stay, a small incident occurred: my child accidentally put the 'to be processed' tag on our suitcase, which led to it being collected. When K. Kou (Huang) found out, he immediately reassured us, asked for details about the suitcase, and quickly helped communicate with the relevant parties to track it down and successfully retrieve it. We are especially grateful for his help! We hope the hotel can convey our gratitude, and that of my family, directly to him again. Thank you for your professionalism! We also extend our sincere thanks to the hotel management. We believe such positive experiences happen daily thanks to your leadership! Best wishes!

The room was large and clean, and the hot spring facilities were excellent with a huge space. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including unlimited domestic Japanese wagyu beef grilled fresh on the spot. For the same amount of steak, I would pay 10,000 yen for just 6 small pieces at Hokkai-En Yakiniku in Niseko town. The pizzas were also made to order. They even poured champagne from a brand new bottle into clean glasses for us. And the price was very reasonable; I even wondered if there was a mistake in the bill, haha! 😄

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

This is a trendy, hip new hotel. The staff are young and friendly. Breakfast is a simple Western-style set, usually served in the 1st-floor lounge, but it can get crowded. Check-in is done via a QR code issued on the day, and you can also enter with a 4-digit PIN. If you're Korean, think of it like a familiar door lock. For the public bath, you pick up amenities on the 1st floor, take the bath basket from your room, and can bathe on the 2nd floor. Everything else is great, but the parking is genuinely awful! They use an affiliated parking lot behind the hotel, and it says 'free entry/exit for 1 day,' but in reality, each entry and exit is charged separately. So, what should have been 1500 yen for one night ended up being nearly 3500 yen for two nights 💢😒😡. When you pay, entries are recorded from check-in, and exits are charged individually based on check-out times. I even used a discount coupon, and it still cost that much; without the discount, it would have been over 45,000 yen. This is the absolute worst. The guest parking system needs to be improved. Guests should only be charged 1500 yen per night for the duration of their stay, regardless of how many times they enter or exit. The hotel just needs to register the parking... Seriously, only bring a car if you don't plan on driving it once you check in. It's really bad. That's why I'm deducting stars.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice, and they were even kind enough to offer me a late check-out at 1:00 PM, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, the public bath was a great feature, and the self-service luggage storage was very convenient. the hotel is a bit of a walk from the metro, it is near a bus stop for the airport limousine. The breakfast variety was a bit more limited compared to other hotels I have visited. Overall, the hospitality made for a wonderful experience.

It was pretty good. The view from the 24th floor was excellent, and the public bath was larger than the Dormy Inn I stayed at before. The triple room was also very nice. Although the 0.9-meter-wide bed was a bit narrow for my 14-year-old, he didn't mind, and I prefer us all sleeping together, as it helps us bond more with him. The only hassle was the air conditioning was too hot; I suggest they not turn it off completely but instead set it to the lowest temperature of 18 degrees.

There's a free shuttle bus service from JR Station, I took the 13:00 bus and arrived at the hotel at 13:45. The staff kindly allowed me to check in early, which was really nice. They have a water park and large onsen facilities. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious; even though the variety wasn't huge, the food quality was consistently good. The Chateraise desserts and ice cream bars were especially tasty! On the day I checked in, there were Japanese, Hong Kong, *********, Korean tour groups, and even a Japanese school group. Although there were a lot of people, the hotel grounds are extensive, and the buffet items were refilled very quickly both morning and evening. The hotel has a classic feel, but everything is very well-maintained. The most traditional thing was that the air conditioning in the room was pre-set to 25 degrees Celsius, and the windows couldn't be opened. Given the current weather, it was a bit stuffy...
