Amazing
JJiaoxilaoshiThis is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.
GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient, right above Sapporo JR Station. The room was surprisingly spacious; we could easily open two large suitcases. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation with a separate tub and shower. The spa on the 22nd floor with its hot springs is highly recommended! We didn't even use the shower or tub in our room because we spent all our time at the hot springs, and hotel guests even get a discount. The views were fantastic too. The room I requested exceeded my expectations. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Sapporo. The service is excellent, and it's incredibly handy for catching the subway or JR trains.
GGuest UserThe hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.
FFlh-zizhuFacilities: Great! Thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly and durable materials.
Cleanliness: Spotless and immaculate, 360 degrees.
Environment: Beautiful and charming.
Service: Excellent attitude and very polite.
The bath products and toiletries were high quality, and the Japanese-made cosmetic and essential oil skincare products were absorbed wonderfully 🧴

Great
GGuest UserThis onsen hotel is definitely worth the price. The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the room layout is fantastic. The yukata was the most comfortable I wore during my Hokkaido trip. The service was absolutely superb, especially the proprietress at the Kaiseki restaurant, Shoan. She was incredibly elegant and generous, giving us an authentic and meticulous Japanese service experience. The private onsen with a fee had average views. The outdoor public onsen was closed on the day of my stay due to cold weather. The indoor onsen, for a hotel of this price point, was quite ordinary. Therefore, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the onsen experience. All in all, while it might not be exceptionally surprising, this is a hotel that's well worth its price.
WWubuzhidaoThe hotel is located in Odori, not far from Odori subway station, and actually quite close to Sapporo Station, about a 9-minute walk. The area is relatively quiet but still has convenience stores and restaurants, so the location is pretty good.
I booked a Cross Floor room with a view of Sapporo TV Tower. The room isn't huge, but just about big enough to open two suitcases. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water; you need to get drinking water from the dispenser in the elevator area. However, guests on the Cross Floor get complimentary access to the lounge and public bath, which is a big plus for those who enjoy a drink.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't feature any particularly impressive dishes.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo city center. It takes about half an hour to reach Sapporo. If you're looking to shop, staying in Sapporo is more convenient. However, this hotel is a good option if you have an early flight the next day. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell; I suggest the hotel improves its ventilation.
CCabbageXiaoBaiCaiHotel is in an awesome location right smack in the middle of li xiao lu no. 6. covered walkway and 5minutes walk to Poletown underground. Onsen is convenient, massage is good. Washing machine is free and right outside the onsen, just need to pay for the dryer. Microwave oven is available at level 2 and 6. There is complementary icecream and yoghurt depends on timing, can eat after onsen. Beside got seicomart and family mart. In winter, be careful if you are walking outside at pavement as it is slippery.

MMofamaomiuThe hotel's location is excellent, right near Exit 1 of Nakajima Park. It's super convenient to get to Sapporo Station and Susukino.
The hotel's onsen (hot spring bath) is incredibly comfortable; I made sure to go every day.
The room was a bit small but had everything I needed. My luggage was a bit hard to open fully. The view from the 17th floor was really nice. The front desk service was great. Just a heads-up, this room doesn't provide bottled water. You can drink the tap water directly, but if you prefer bottled water, you'll need to buy your own.

GGuest UserI had to go to a conference, but I wanted to make some fun memories for my kids, so I stayed here with them, as it has a pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Two of the water slides were closed, so it seems they're only open every day on weekends this month. Even without them, we were able to play in the pool until 9:00 PM and then relax in the hot springs.
