Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night. Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead. In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.

Amazing experience in this hotel. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Very beautiful terrace near reception. The hotel has the parking on the ground floor, what is very convenient. Perfect hotel for short and specially long stay.

Overall the apartment hotel is great. Walking distance from Stuttgart central station. If you carry heavy backpack or luggage, you can take U Bahn and just 1 station. The unit come with washing + dry machine. Recommended and of cause it's depend on your budget.

Conveniently located near a shopping mall which has a food court. The room is clean, spacious and the staff is friendly. The breakfast has a lot of variety.

Great location next to the train station. Check-In was a bit of a mess. Seems the reception guys has not much experience and didn't explain anything. But the hotel room is really nice with a decent kitchen area. Pool and gym in the basement are a bit small but totally fine considering the price. Room cleaning service comes twice a week.

The location is very close to the train stations. Walking to old Town is around 10 minutes. Hotel staff are very sincere and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with a subway station right outside and a medium-sized shopping mall nearby, offering a full range of dining options, supermarkets, and cafes. Transportation is also convenient; it's about a 10-minute bus ride (2 subway stops and 3 bus stops) to attractions like the Royal Palace Square, and a 35-minute subway ride to the airport.

Environment: The hotel is just one stop from Stuttgart train station. Take the U6 to City Library station and take the elevator directly to the top floor to save walking. If you take the escalator to the middle floor, you'll have to walk a long way to find the hotel entrance. The reception is accessible by elevator; there are signs at the entrance that make it easy to find. Facilities: As shown in the pictures, the hotel is very clean and the decor is new. Service: I had a very pleasant day.

Top location & beautiful view We really enjoyed our stay at the Adina Stuttgart am Milaneo. The location is perfect and super central, right next to the shopping center, with good transport links. We especially recommend a room on the upper floors: from there, you have a fantastic view of the city. We'd love to come back!
