"The hotel is clean and tidy. I am on a business trip. It is close to the factory, but it takes a long time to get to the airport. Everything else is OK. It is clean, hygienic, tidy, and the service attitude is OK."

"Very comfortable location, very private space, relatively large room, bed and sofa are very comfortable. The waiters are all very enthusiastic, and the most attentive employees are probably the two young men from the restaurant in the outer area!
There are also many shortcomings, the bathroom supplies are too old and are in a broken state; the TV is too small and the space is too different from the original room, and the waiter is difficult to find. What frightened me the most was John, the service staff at the front desk. Seeing the different attitudes towards each other and being particularly difficult with Chinese passports, this caused me to bury my head in the dark about this store!"

"The room was huge. Each room is for 2 pax but bed was big enough for 2 coz we were 5. Free breakfast for 4 but they also include the 5th companion. Great place!"

DDavinnThe location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.

XXINI stayed for three days with heavy rain on both days. The weather was not good. The hotel was not bad. There were bars around which were a bit noisy at night. The next day I asked to change the room, which was better than the room booked by Ctrip. Breakfast is also good, there is a swimming pool, you can sit in a daze while drinking Mango Shake when it rains

AAnonymous UserThis resort provides all in one relaxation, with the great view and clean beach side of Subic Bay. Rooms are quite old but still comfortable to sleep in. Hoping they can change the headboard to reduce the wood chips that falls off since it is a bit old. The entire resort is great, they just need to improve their rooms and the lobby. Staff is great, kudos to the Bar Staff, specifically Arvin, during night shift. Also to the breakfast restaurant server during our stay, one of the longest staying employees 15 yrs, whom Ive met years ago, and still there. Just forgot kuya /tatay name. Still same exemplary service.

HHazelRoom 209 bayview area has a bad internet connection and airconditioning is bad especially in the afternoon.
Good thing they provided us Efan for proper ventilation.

CChang Chia HaoCP is the first choice in Subic Bay! The room is clean and the CP value is high. It is worth recommending. The only drawback is that the location requires a car, but the cost is not high, so it is still worth a stay. I will come here often~
