"I hate the fact i have to walk out of the room with my mask on to iron. There’s no tissues at all. The shower head was slightly broken. Not sure if there was in room dining available. The fact we booked the hotel as it was convenient to the area we wanted to go. Asked for extra pillows few times but non was arranged. Air-condition needs to be improved. Never in my life ive seen coloured towels in a hotel. I might stay again in future yet i might not be satisfied with the service or amenities "

"Went with family for a 3 days, 2 night stay. It was a spacious room indeed. But they dont offer or entertain any request for additional bed AT ALL. It is stated on their website. Got wrong info from trip.com. Not sure whether the hotel was refurbished or it is their original design, but i didnt get why in their shower room there’s no shampoo/ shower gel holder/rack. They dont provide bin in the toilet like normally kost hotels do. On the last day, during dawn time there was power trip due to their faulty water heater."

"everything is ok, just for citizens or people who have feet sick x suitable because x there is an elevator where you can go up through the stairs, it feels like this is the last time I rented at KK hotel klu there is an elevator, you can rent again. The hotel environment is the best in tgh2 city but the lack of elevator makes it a little flawed"

"Room is bigger than i expected. Got enough space for prayer. Toilet also big & clean, ready with water heater & other toiletries. Location near to restaurant, shops and school. Will come back if come to Kuala Kangsar."

"This hotel is good but the room is narrow only for sleeping. Cleanliness and the bathroom is beautiful. The bathroom is 5 star standard but the room is only 10x10. He felt drowned in the room. However, you can take this hotel if there is no other hotel. The service of the hotel staff is very good. Thank you."
