The hostel is located just right to the railway station and subway which is really convenient. Shared toilets and shower rooms among floors. Room and shared spaces are clean and comfortable. The toilets on the second floor were closed so I had to go down all the time. USB ports are working poorly, the one next to the bed didn’t work at all. The room door doesn’t close from a light movement so you have to bump it all the time waking up your neighbors. On the whole, a great place to spend 1-2 nights. Recommend!

Great location next to Suzhou metro station and in walking distance from Suzhou Railway Station. The check in was very smooth. The beddings were fresh and clean. The mattress was not thin. Cleanliness was super. Non-smoking seemed to be strictly enforced. Wifi worked well. I like the reception area where you can chill and eat. There were fridge, microwave oven, and water dispenser there. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Together Hostel.

Not as bad as I expected. But not good either. As mentioned by others, the location is pretty good. Can walk to either the western or the eastern old town area. Cleanliness is okay but a lot of things are broken in the hostel. There is water dripping from the ceiling at many spots which are collected in several buckets. There is no accessible water dispenser, just a small jar for a bunch of people. It is a really huge hostel, by the way, there is a huge number of guests and, although the common area is large, it is not quite large enough to accommodate everyone at all times of the day. Toilet paper ran out at night. Some showers partly broken and always under water. No toiletries provided. Beds are shaky. Make your own bed and remove bedsheets in the morning. This place is only acceptable if you can get it for cheap. Luggage storage means dumping your things somewhere in the lobby.

Best location and good facility. You can get bus or metro go almost every touristic spot which are next of hostel.

Excellent location. Near the north pagoda. Staff very impolite and arrogant. Bed super uncomfortable, old style bunk beds so very loud as one moves, the mattress, thinner than a yoga mat. You'll have to make your own bed, no towels given. Toilets usually dirty and showers always flooded. Really not recommended. Spend a few more yuan for a better place.

This is a good place to stay if you need a cheap and well located place. The bedsheets are clean, the beds comfortable and the staff is friendly. Also the building ofders many areas to work, eat or read.

The location is excellent. However soundproof should be improved as well as there was an nasty smell in the morning due to poor sealing of the window

Overall the hostel is good. The staff is cooperative, especially the girl at reception in the evening shift was very cooperative. Recommended

Good hostel. Clean enough, the location is perfect. I would like to emphasize good air conditioner! It was +40 and good working air conditioner saved our lives a lives night And the rooms are good, only 4 people inside!

I recently stayed at this hostel, and it was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. I booked a room with 3 beds so that I could stay with my friends, but when I arrived, they told me it was my fault that my friends weren’t in the room with me. They gave them the room I had booked, which had a garden view, and I was left alone in a different room with no explanation. When I went to the front desk to address the situation and find a solution, the staff was completely unhelpful and just kept blaming me. They refused to apologize or offer any kind of resolution. On top of that, the room was not clean, and the toilets and showers were in awful condition. There was no attention to cleanliness whatsoever. To make matters worse, they didn’t provide any slippers, which is pretty standard in most hostels. We even had to make our own beds, which, after a long day of travel, is the last thing anyone wants to do. If you're going to make guests do that, just raise the price and provide better service. The only positive thing I can say about this place is its location—it’s truly amazing. But honestly, that’s not enough to make up for the terrible service, lack of cleanliness, and poor overall experience. I will definitely never be booking with them again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I liked that it was spacious enough and great location

The location of this hostel in Suzhou is really great. My room was spacious, with a desk and even a small balcony, which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were fairly clean. Just keep in mind that the staff don’t speak English, so communication can be a bit tricky if you don’t speak Chinese.

The place is honestly gross. If you are looking for a for a place to just sleep and not even use the bathroom it is bearable for one night max two. The rooms are not cleaned. You have to make your bed when you arrive and strip your own bed when you leave. My mattress was covered with hair when I arrived. ALL of the showers were flooded inside and in the changing section, it’s disgusting. The toilets are not cleaned many times they were filled with bodily fluids all over the seats and floor. There is no soap to wash your hands provided, and toilet paper is almost always out. I would use public toilets before arriving and when I left because it was too gross. The sinks are literally falling apart from either mold or humidity. The pictures make the place seem bright and inviting but it is actually very dark and dull, and the common room is flooded with suitcases all over. The locker that was supposed to be for your stuff in the room was broken and it beeps every few minutes. It is right next to the metro so location is great but, I will never book here again.
