Kyokusui Hotspring Hotel Reviews

I booked this hotel just a few days before our trip, and by then, hot spring inns were scarce and quite expensive. We settled on this one due to its proximity to Thermal Valley. A major inconvenience was the lack of a shuttle service; families with young children, like ours, had to take taxis both up and down the hill, which was quite troublesome. There's no elevator, and I was worried about lugging our suitcases upstairs, but thankfully our family room was on the ground floor. On the positive side, the bathroom was very spacious with a separate soaking tub, and it felt cleaner and more spotless than other hotels in the area. However, the room lighting was poor, making it very dim. The room itself was tiny; once our luggage was open, there was no space left to move around. Another issue was the insufficient number of power outlets. We had to unplug the mini-fridge just to use the electric kettle to prepare milk for our child. We definitely won't be considering this place for our next trip.

The environment is peaceful and comfortable. However, the soundproofing is quite poor.

Need to take uber to the place as we have too many luggages. Need to carry luggages to 2nd floor. Overall enjoyed the quiet place n walking distance to view the thermal valley. Nice surrounding view.

A great hotel tgat is full of quirky bits and pieces conveniently located. Everything that is pro.ised is delivered and will go back again. Loved the breakfast

Kyokusui Hotspring Hotel is around 10 minutes' walk from Yinguang Lane Entrance bus stop and at a moderate distance from MRT Xinbeitou underground station

The environment was comfortable. The front desk staff were very attentive, and it wasn't noisy at night. The bathroom was also kept very clean, making for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely return if I have the opportunity.

Enjoyed breakfast, nice ambience. Note: Narrow staircase upto your room, beware if you have bulky suitcases and weak back. Nevertheless i have enjoyed my stay very much.

Slept in a basement room right next to a water tower and was bombarded by noise for 9 hours, getting absolutely no sleep. The room was also very humid. It's definitely not worth the 3000+ price, and breakfast wasn't even included.

The hot spring bath was the highlight, very spacious and well-equipped.

The room is the perfect size for two—comfortable and clean. The hot spring is wonderful, and the decor adds a nice touch. The staff are exceptionally friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent service, the bed was very comfortable, and the hot spring tub was huge!

It's a hotel that I'll go back again when I'm visiting Taiwan for family trip.  There's regret in me for unable to spend more time in the hotel.  Room : Spacious, very vintage decoration which I like it a lot. Clean Service : Friendly staff, I think the family runs this hotel. It gives me the vibe of a traditional Japanese Hotel when I travelled in Japan.  Plus point, which is the main reason why do I book this hotel : It comes with private hot spring in the room!!  but one thing to take note, there's no lift in the hotel, so you gonna walk up the stairs with your luggage. but that doesn't bother me much.

The breakfast was delicious.

It was pretty good. The hot spring was very relaxing.
